Ingredients:
Prepare Nashville Hot Chicken:
- Doodh (Milk) 1 & ½ Cup
- Lemon juice 3 tbs
- Hot sauce 3 tbs
- Onion powder 1 tbs
- Namak (Salt) 1 tsp or to taste
- Lehsan powder (Garlic powder) 1 tsp
- Cayenne powder 1 tbs
- Anday (Eggs) 2
- Boneless chicken 4-5 fillets
- Maida (All-purpose flour) 2 Cups
- Paprika powder 1 & ½ tbs
- Chicken powder 1 tbs
- Namak (Salt) ½ tsp or to taste
- Cooking oil for frying
Hot Chilli Oil:
- Lal mirch powder (Red chilli powder) 1 tbs or to taste
- Chicken powder 1 tbs
- Cayenne powder 1 tbs
- Lehsan powder (Garlic powder) ½ tbs
- Paprika powder 1 & ½ tbs
- Namak (Salt) 1 tsp or to taste
- Kali mirch powder (Black pepper powder) 1 tsp
- Honey 1 tbs
- Cooking oil hot ½ Cup
Prepare Tangy Mustard Coleslaw:
- Mayonnaise ½ Cup
- Mustard paste 1 tbs
- Namak (Salt) 1 pinch or to taste
- Kali mirch powder (Black pepper powder) ½ tsp
- Band gobhi (Cabbage) shredded 2 Cups
- Gajar (Carrots) shredded ¼ Cup
- Pickled jalapenos chopped 2-3 tbs
Assembling:
- Burger bun
- Mayonnaise
- Salad patta (Lettuce leaves)
- Pickled jalapenos
- Burger bun
Directions:
Prepare Nashville Hot Chicken:
In a bowl add milk,lemon juice,whisk well & let it rest for 5 minutes.Butter milk is ready!
Add hot sauce,onion powder,salt,garlic powder,cayenne powder and eggs,whisk well & set aside.
Pound chicken fillets with the help of kitchen hammer or meat mallet and prick it then cut into two pieces.
In a bowl,add chicken fillets and mix well,cover & marinate for 4 hours or overnight in refrigerator.
In all-purpose flour,add paprika powder,chicken powder,salt & mix well.
In a separate bowl,strain marinade,coat marinated fillet in dry flour mixture then dip into marinade and coat again in dry flour mixture (Press fillet in dry flour mixture & shake it to make flakes).
In a wok,heat cooking oil and fry chicken fillets on low flame until golden brown & crispy.
Prepare Hot Chilli Oil:
In a bowl,add red chilli powder,chicken powder,cayenne powder,garlic powder,paprika powder,salt, black pepper powder,honey,hot cooking oil & mix well.
After frying,apply prepared hot chilli oil on all over the fried chicken with the help of the brush.
Prepare Tangy Mustard Coleslaw:
In a bowl,add mayonnaise,mustard paste,salt,black pepper powder & mix well.
Add cabbage,carrots,jalapenos & mix well.Tangy mustard coleslaw is ready!
Assembling:
On burger bun,add & spread mayonnaise,add lettuce leaves,prepared tangy mustard coleslaw,nashville hot chicken,pickled jalapenos,mayonnaise and cover with top burger bun.
Serve with prepared tangy mustard coleslaw,tomato ketchup & potato fries!

Bowl mein doodh aur lemon juice dal ker ache tarhan whsik karein aur 5 minutes kliya chor dein.Butter milk tayyar hai.
Hot sauce,onion powder,namak,lehsan powder,cayenne powder aur anday dal ker ache tarhan mix ker lein & side per rakh dein.
Chicken fillets ko kitchen hammer or meat mallet ki madad sa pound karein phir prick ker ka do pieces mein cut ker lein.
Bowl mein chicken fillets ko dal ker ache tarhan mix karein aur dhak ker 4 hours or overnight kliya refrigerator mein marinate ker lein.
Maida mein paprika powder,chicken powder aur namak dal ker ache tarhan mix karein.
Alag bowl mein marinade ko strain ker lein aur marinated fillets ko dry flour mixture mein coat karein phir marinade mein dip ker ka dry flour mixture mein coat ker lein (Press fillet in dry flour mixture & shake it to make flakes).
Karhai mein cooking oil garam karein aur chicken filltes ko halki ancch per golden brown & crispy hunay tak fry ker lein.
Hot Chilli Oil:
Bowl mein lal mirch powder,chicken powder,cayenne powder,lehsan powder,paprika powder,namak, kali mirch powder,shahd aur hot cooking oil dal ker ache tarhan mix ker lein.
Frying ka bad tayyar hot chilli oil ko fried chicken per brush ki madad sa laga lein.
Prepare Tangy Mustard Coleslaw:
Bowl mein mayonnaise,mustard paste aur kali mirch powder dal ker ache tarhan mix karein.
Bund gobhi,gajar aur jalapenos dal ker ache tarhan mix ker lein.Tangy mustard coleslaw tayyar hai.
Assembling:
Burger bun per mayonnaise laga lein,salad patta,tayyar tangy mustard coleslaw,fried chicken piece,pickled jalapenos aur mayonnaise dal ker top bun sa cover ker lein (makes 6).
Tayyar tangy mustard coleslaw,tomato ketchup aur potato fried ka saath serve karein!
