In pot,add oil,ginger garlic paste,mutton,salt,water and mix well,cover & cook for 30-40 minutes or until meat is tender.
Now cook on high flame until oil separates.
Add sugar and mix well.
Add lemon juice,sprinkle chaat masala,black salt and serve.
