Ingredients:
-Mutton mix boti 750g
-Water 2 Cups
-Namak (Salt) 1 & ½ tsp or to taste
-Cooking oil ¼ Cup
-Adrak lehsan paste (Ginger garlic paste) 1 & ½ tbs
-Hari mirch (Green chillies) 4-5
-Pyaz (Onion) chopped ½ Cup
-Hari mirch (Green chilli) crushed 1 tbs
-Sabut dhania (Coriander seeds) crushed 1 & ½ tbs
-Zeera (Cumin seeds) roasted & crushed 1 tbs
-Kali mirch (Black pepper) crushed 1 tbs
-Dahi (Yogurt) whisked ¾ Cup
-Lemon juice 1 & ½ tbs
-Hara dhania (Fresh coriander) chopped 1 tbs
-Pyaz (Onion) rings 1 medium
-Kasuri methi (Dried fenugreek leaves) 1 tsp
-Hari mirch (Green chilli) sliced
-Adrak (Ginger) julienne
-Hara dhania (Fresh coriander) chopped
Directions:
-In a wok,add mutton,water,salt,mix well & bring it to boil,cover & cook on low flame until 90% done (30-35 minutes).
-Now move mutton to the sides of wok,in the center of the wok,add cooking oil,ginger garlic paste, green chillies,mix well & sauté for a minute.
-Add onion,green chilli,mix well & cook on medium flame for 4-5 minutes.
-Add coriander seeds,cumin seeds,black pepper crushed,yogurt,mix well & cook for 2-3 minutes.
-Add lemon juice,fresh coriander,onion,mix well & cook for a minute.
-Add dried fenugreek leaves & mix well.
-Garnish with green chilli,ginger,fresh coriander & serve with naan!

-Karahi mein mutton,namak aur pani dal ker ache tarhan mix karein aur dhak ker halki ancch per 90% done ho janay tak paka lein (30-35 minutes).
-Ab mutton ko karahi ki sides per ker dein aur center mein cooking oil,adrak lehsan paste aur hari mirch dal ker ache tarhan mix karein aur ek minute kliya sauté ker lein.
-Pyaz aur hari mirchein dal ker ache tarhan mix karein aur darmiyani ancch per 4-5 miniutes kliya paka lein.
-Sabut dhania,zeera,kali mirch crushed aur dahi dal ker ache tarhan mix karein aur 2-3 minutes kliya paka lein.
-Lemon juice,hara dhania aur pyaz dal ker ache tarhan mix karein aur ek minute kliya paka lein.
-Kasuri meethi dal ker ache tarhan mix ker lein.
-Hari mirch,adrak aur hara dhania sa garnish ker lein & naan ka saath serve karein!
