Ingredients:
- Chawal (Rice) sella ½ kg (soaked & boiled with cloves 6,green cardamom 6,salt ½ tbs until ¾th done)
- Yellow food color ½ tsp dissolve in 2 tbs water
- Red food color ½ tsp dissolve in 2 tbs water
- Green food color ½ tsp dissolve in 2 tbs water
- Makhan (Butter) 2 tbs
- Sukha narial (Dried coconut) ¼ Cup
- Badam (Almonds) blanched ¼ Cup
- Pista (Pistachio) 2 tbs
- ishmish (Raisins) 2 tbs
- Cheeni (Sugar) 2 tbs
- Khoya 200 gms
- Ghee ½ Cup
- Laung (Cloves) 3-4
- Hari elaichi (Green cardamom) 3-4
- Cheeni (Sugar) 1 & ½ Cups or to taste
- Doodh (Milk) ½ Cup
- Lemon juice ½ tsp
- Remaining boiled rice
- Kewra water ½ tbs
- Green colored rice
- Red colored rice
- Yellow colored rice
- Gulab janum
- Cham cham
Directions:
In 3 bowls,add ½ cup of boiled rice in each bowl.
Add yellow color,red color,green color,mix well & set aside.
In pot,add butter and let it melt,add dried coconut,almonds,pistachio and fry for 2 minutes.
Add raisins and fry for 1 minute & take out in a bowl.
Add sugar and mix well.
Add khoya,mix continuously and fry until brown and take out in a bowl.
In the same pot,add ghee and let it melt.
Add cloves,green cardamom and mix.
Add sugar and milk,mix well and cook until sugar is dissolved.
Add lemon juice and mix well.
Add remaining boiled rice and mix well.
Add half quantity of fried dry nuts and give it a good mix.
Add kewra water,mix well and cook for 4-5 minutes.
Add half quantity of fried khoya and mix well.
Add fried khoya,green colored rice,red colored rice and yellow colored rice.
Cover and simmer on low flame for 8-10 minutes.
Garnish with fried khoya,fried dry nuts,gulab janum,cham cham & serve.

Yellow color,red color aur green color dal ker ache tarhan mix ker karein & side per rakh dein.
Pot mein makhan dal ker melt karein,sukha narial,badam aur pista dal ker 2 minutes kliya fry ker lein.
Kishmish dal ker 1 minute kliya fry ker lein & bowl mein niakl lein.
Cheeni dal ker ache tarhan mix karein.
Khoya dal ker musalsal mix kertay rahein aur brown hunay tak fry ker lein aur bowl mein nikal lein.
Us he pot mein ghee dal ker melt karein.
Laung aur hari elaichi dal ker mix karein.
Cheeni aur doodh shamil karein aur cheeni ghul janay tak paka lein.
Lemon juice dal ker ache tarhan mix karein.
Baqi boiled rice dal ker mix ker lein.
Fried dry nuts ki adhe quantity dal ker mix karein.
Kewra water dal ker ache tarhan mix karein aur 4-5 minutes kliya paka lein.
Fried khoya ki adhe quantity dal ker ache tarhan mix karein.
Fried khoya,green colored chawal,red colored chawal aur yellow colored chawal dal dein.
Dhak dein aur 8-10 minutes kliya halki ancch per dum per rakh dein.
Fried khoya,fried dry nuts,gulab jamun aur cham cham sa garnish ker ka serve karein.
