Ingredients:
Dough preparation:
- Warm water ½ cup
- Doodh (Milk) ½ cup at room temperature
- Cheeni (Sugar) 1 tbs
- Khameer (Instant Yeast) 2 tsp
- Maida (All-purpose flour) sifted 3 Cups
- Namak (Salt) ½ tsp
- Vegetable oil 2 tbs
- Water ¼ Cup or as required
For Bread loaf:
For Pizza:
- Pizza sauce
- Cheddar cheese grated
- Chicken chunks
- Shimla mirch (Capsicum) julienne
- Pyaz (Onion) slices
- Lal mirch (Red chilli) crushed
- Mozzarella cheese grated
- Black Olives slices
- Dried oregano
For Calzone:
- Pizza sauce
- Cheddar cheese grated
- Prepared vegetable filling
- Mozzarella cheese grated
- Lal mirch (Red chilli) crushed
- Dried parsley
- Anda (Egg) whisked
For Stuffed bread Buns/Patties:
- Prepared Vegetable filling
- Mozzarella cheese
- Prepared garlic butter
For Nutella bread:
- Nutella chocolate
- Dulce de leche/condensed milk for garnishing
For Cheese stuffed braided bread:
- Mozzarella cheese grated
- Cheddar cheese grated
- Dried oregano
- Lal mirch (Red chilli) crushed
- Anda (Egg) whisked
- Til (Sesame seeds) for garnishing
Directions:
Dough preparation:
In a bowl add warm water, milk, sugar & mix well.
Add yeast powder & mix well. Let it rest for 5-8 minutes. Set aside.
In a bowl add flour, salt & mix well. Add yeast milk mixture, oil & mix well.
Gradually add water & knead the dough for 5 minutes. Grease with oil & cover with damp cloth.
Let it proof for 1 hour or until double in size (warm place).
Spread the dough on sheet & sprinkle flour on it. Knead the dough again & cut into half.
Weigh the dough for more preparations.
Whole Bread:
Take 600 gm of prepared dough.
Grease hands with oil and knead dough again until smooth & fold according to pan size.
Grease 4x8 inch loaf pan with oil & dust flour in it.
Place bread dough in it & cover with cling film.
Let it proof for 1 hour or until double in size (at warm place).
Give egg wash & bake in preheated oven at 180 C for 20-25 minutes (makes 1 bread loaf).
After baking, let it cool, cut into slices & serve!
Pizza:
Take 120 gm of prepared dough according to the small size pizza pan.
Roll the dough with rolling pin & place rolled dough on pizza pan. Prick with fork.
Add and spread pizza sauce, cheddar cheese, chicken chunks, capsicum, onion, red chilli crushed, mozzarella cheese, olives & dried oregano. (makes 1 small size pizza)
Bake in preheated oven at 180-200 C for 15 minutes.
Remove pizza from pan & serve!
Calzone:
Take 120 gm of prepared dough.
Roll out the dough in round shape with the help of rolling pin.
Place the rolled dough on baking tray.
On half side of the dough, add and spread pizza sauce, cheddar cheese, chicken vegetable filling, mozzarella cheese, red chili crushed & dried parsley.
Apply water on the edges & fold the other side over it.
Seal the edges with the help of the fork.
With the help of the knife slightly add marks on the surface. (makes 1).
Give egg wash & bake in preheated oven at 180 C for 20 minutes.
Stuffed bread buns/patties:
Take 60-70 gm of prepared dough.
Roll out the dough in round shape with the help of rolling pin.
Add vegetable filling & mozzarella cheese on it.
Fold the dough in a rectangular shape & seal with water.
Place stuffed bread in baking tray & let it porof for 30 minutes.
Apply garlic butter with brush & bake in preheat oven at 180 C for 15 minutes.
Nutella bread:
Take 300 g of dough & with the help of rolling pin roll into square shape.
Add & spread Nutella over it. Roll & cut longitudinally into two halves.
Now twist both parts with one another & make it round shape like a bun.
Place the bun on greased baking tray & bake in preheat oven at 180 C for 15 minutes.
Remove from oven & let it cool.
Garnish with caramel sauce& serve!
Cheese stuffed braided bread:
Take 350 gm of dough & cut into 3 parts.
Roll out one part of dough longitudinally with the help of rolling pin.
Add mozzarella cheese, cheddar cheese, dried oregano, red chilli crushed & seal the sides of dough.
Repeat the same procedure with other two parts.
Now make a braid of all three stuffed pieces & seal the ends.
Place the braided bread on greased tray & cover it. Let it proof for 20-30 minutes.
Give egg wash, sprinkle sesame seeds & bake in pre heat oven at 180 C for 20-30 minutesڈ

Ab khameer shamil kar k mix karen. 5-8 minute k liye chor den.
Aik bowl may maida, namak ko ache se mix karen. Ab khameer mixture, tel daal kar ache se mix karen.
Thora thora kar k pani mix karen or 5 minute tak dough ko goondhen. Tel se chikna kar k geelay kapray se dhak kar 1 ghantay k liye garam jagah pe rakh den.
Ab dough ko sheet pe phaila len or ata charak den. Dough ko achay se dubara doondhen.
Half kar k dough ko measure kar len.
Whole Bread:
600 gm dough ka paira len.
Hathon ko oil se grease karen or dough ko dubara goonden. Ab dough ko pan size k mutabiq fold karlen.
4x8 inch ka loaf pan len or usay oil se chikna kar k maida charak len.
Fold ki hui dough ko us may rakh den or cling film laga kar 1 ghantay k liye garam jagah pe chor den.
Ab anda laga kar preheated oven may 180 C pe 20 se 25 minute tak bake karen.
Oven se bahar nikal kar thanda karlen or slices kaat len.
Pizza:

Ab is par pizza sauce lagayen, cheddar cheese, chicken chunks, Shimla mirch, pyaz, red mirch crushed, mozzarella cheese, zaitoon or dried oregano daal den.
Pehle se garam oven may 180 se 120 C pe 15 minute tak bake karen.
Pizza ko pan se nikal kar serve karen!

Kinaron pe pani laga kar dough ki dusri side se band karden.
Dough k kinaron ko fork ki madad se seal karden.
Churi ki mada se upar surface pe cuts laga den.
Anda laga kar pehle se garam oven may 180 C pe 20 minute tak bake karen.

60 se 70 g ka prerpared dough len.
Dough ko rolling pin ki mada se gol shakal may bail len.
Bani hui vegetable filling or mozzarella cheese daalen.
Ab dough ko rectabgular shakal may fold karlen or pani se kinaray band karden.
Greased baking tray may rakh kar 30 minute k liye chor den.
Garlic butter lagakar pehle se garam oven may 180 C pe 15 minute tak bake karen.
Nutella bread:
300 g ka bana hua dough len or rolling pin ki madad se chokor shakal may bail len.
Ab is par Nutella spread lagayen or dough ko aik taraf se roll karlen.
Lambayi may dough ko beech se kaat kar adha karlen.
Ab dono hisson ko aik dusray pe lapait den or ghuma kar gol bun ki shakal karlen.
Bun ko greased baking tray pe shift karden or pehle se garam oven may 180 C pe 15 minute tak bake karen.
Bun ko oven se nikal kar Thanda karlen or caramel sauce se garnish kar k serve karen.
Cheese stuffed braided bread:
350 g ka prepared dough len or usko 3 hisson may kaat len.
Rolling pin ki mada se ik hissay ko lambayi may bail len.
Ab is par mozzarella cheese, cheddar cheese, dried oregano or lal mirch crushed daal kar kinaray band karden.
Baki k 2 hisson k sath bhi aisa hi karen.
Ab teeno hisson ko milakar chutiya ki shakal bna len. Dono kinaron ko seal kar k andar ki taraf karden.
Bread ko pehle se greased tray pe shift karden or dhak kar 30 minute k liye chor den.
