Ingredients:
- Pyaz (Onion) chopped 1 large
- Fresh parsley chopped 3-4 tbs
- Lehsan paste (Garlic paste) 2 tsp
- Adrak paste (Ginger paste) 2 tsp
- Zeera (Cumin seeds) roasted & crushed 1 & ½ tsp
- Paprika powder 1 & ½ tsp
- Darchini powder (Cinnamon powder) 1 & ½ tsp
- Kali mirch powder (Black pepper powder) 2 tsp
- Cayenne powder 2 tsp
- All spices 1 & ½ tsp
- Namak (Salt) 1 & ½ tsp or to taste
- Rafhan cooking oil 1 tbs
- Chicken mince (Qeema) 250 gms
- Rafhan cooking oil 1 tbs
- Aloo (Potatoes) boiled & cubes 250 gms
- Rafhan cooking oil 1 tbs
- Cottage cheese 200 gms
- Maida (All-purpose flour) sifted 2 Cups
- Namak (Salt) 1 tsp
- Ghee 2 tbs
- Pani (Water) ½ Cup or as required
- Rafhan cooking oil for frying
Directions:
In bowl,add onion,fresh parsley,garlic paste,ginger paste and mix.
Add cumin seeds,paprika powder,cinnamon powder,black pepper powder,cayenne powder,all spices,salt and mix well.
In frying pan,add corn oil,2-3 tbs of onion+spices mixture and sauté for 1 minute.
Add chicken mince,mix well until changes color and cook for 6-8 minutes & let it cool down.
In frying pan,add corn oil and 2-3 tbs of onion+spices mixture and sauté for 1 minute.
Add potatoes,cook and mash well with the help of the masher.
Let it cool down.
In frying pan,add corn oil and 2-3 tbs of onion+spices mixture and sauté for 1 minute.
Add cottage cheese cubes,mix well and cook for 1-2 minutes.
Let it cool down.
In bowl,add all-purpose flour,salt and mix.
Add ghee and mix well until crumbled.
Gradually add water and knead until dough is formed.
Cover and let it rest for 15 minutes.
Knead dough again and divide into two equal parts.
Take a dough,sprinkle flour and roll out with the help of rolling pin and cut with the help of the cutter.
Take three small dough,add prepared chicken filling,prepared potato filling,prepared mozzarella cheese,apply water,fold & seal properly.
Similarly makes 2 more and place over another to form a circle shape by apply water (makes 16-18).
In wok,add corn oil and heat it and fry on low flame until golden brown.

Frying pan mein corn oil aur 2-3 tbs pyaz+spices mixture dal ker 1 minute kliya sauté ker lein.
Chicken qeema shamil karein aur rang tabdeel hunay tak ache tarhan mix karein aur 6-8 minutes kliya paka lein & thanda ker lein.
Frying pan mein corn oil aur 2-3 tbs pyaz+spices mixture dal ker 1 minute kliya sauté ker lein.
Aloo dal dein aur masher ki madad sa ache tarhan mix aur mash ker lein.
Thanda ker lein.
Frying pan mein corn oil aur 2-3 tbs pyaz+spices mixture dal ker 1 minute kliya sauté ker lein.
Cottage cheese dal ker ache tarhan mix karein aur 1-2 minutes kliya paka lein.
Thanda ker lein.
Bowl mein maida aur namak dal ker mix karein.
Ghee dal ker crumbled hunay tak ache tarhan mix ker lein.
Thora thora ker ka pani shamil karein aur ghond ker dough tayyar ker lein.
Dhak ker 15 minutes kliya rakh dein.
Dough ko dubara ghond lein aur do hisson mein divide ker lein.
Ek dough lein aur maida chirak ker rolling pin ki madad sa bail lein aur cutter ki madad sa cut ker lein.
Teen chotay dough lein aur tayyar chicken filling,tayyar aloo filling aur tayyar mozzarella cheese dal ker edges per pani laga lein aur properly seal ker lein.
Aaisay he 2 aur bana lein aur pani laga ker ek dosray ka upper rakhtay hoye circle shape bana lein (makes 16-18).
