In bowl,add all-purpose flour,salt and mix.
Gradually add cold water and knead until dough is formed.
Cover and let it rest for 15 minutes.
In wok,add cooking oil,chicken mince and mix well until changes color.
Add ginger garlic and mix well for 2 minutes.
Add salt,black pepper crushed and mix well.
Add onion and mix well.
Add vinegar,soy sauce and mix well,cover and cook on low flame for 2-3 minutes.
Let it cool.
Knead dough again,sprinkle dry flour and divide the dough into two equal pasts.
Take a dough,make a ball and divide into four equal parts.
Take a dough,sprinkle flour and roll out with the help of rolling pin then cut into round shape with the help of the cutter.
On cutter,place small dough,cooked chicken filling then close the cutter to seal the edges (makes 35).
In pot,add water and bring it to boil,place steam rack,grease with oil and prepared momos.
Cover and steam cook on medium low flame for 20-25 minutes.
Garnish with fresh coriander & serve!

Dough ko dubara ghond lein aur atta chirak ker dough ko do hisson mein divide ker lein.
Dough ki ball bana lein aur char hisson mein divide ker lein.
Dough per atta chirak dein aur rolling pin ki madad sa bail lein aur cutter ki madad sa round shape mein cut ker lein.
Cutter per small dough rakh ker cooked chicken filling dal ker cutter ko close ker ka edges ko close ker lein (makes 35).
Pot mein pani dal ker ubal lein aur steam rack rakh ker oil sa grease ker lein aur tayyar momos rakh dein.
Dhak dein aur 20-25 minutes kliya darmiyani halki ancch per steam cook ker lein.
