Ingredients:
Prepare Mocha Milk:
- Pakola full cream milk hot 1 & ½ Cup
- Instant coffee 2 tbs
- Chocolate syrup ¼ Cup
- Condensed milk ½ Cup
- Cream ½ Cup
Prepare Mocha Cake:
- Cooking oil for greasing
- Cocoa powder for dusting
- Instant coffee ½ tbs
- Cocoa powder ¼ Cup
- Maida (All-purpose flour) 1 & ¼ Cup
- Baking powder 1 & ½ tsp
- Namak (Salt) ½ tsp
- Anday (Eggs) 6 (room temperature)
- Bareek cheeni (Caster sugar) ¾ Cup
- Vanilla essence 1 tsp
- Cooking oil ¼ Cup
Prepare Mocha Frosting:
- Whipping cream chilled 400ml
- Icing sugar ¼ Cup
- Vanilla essence ½ tsp
- Cocoa powder 4 tbs
- Instant coffee 2 tsp
Directions:
Prepare Mocha Milk:
In a jug,add milk,instant coffee and whisk well.
Add chocolate syrup,condensed milk and cream,whisk well & set aside.
Prepare Mocha Cake:
Grease 8 x 11” inch baking dish with cooking oil & dust cocoa powder,remove excess & set aside.
On a bowl,place a sifter,add instant coffee & sift it.
Add cocoa powder,all-purpose flour,baking powder,salt,sift together then whisk well & set aside.
In another bowl,add eggs,caster sugar & beat well until foamy (5-6 minutes).
Now gradually add dry ingredients & fold with the help of spatula.
Add vanilla essence,cooking oil & beat on low speed for a minute (don’t over beat the mixture).
Pour the batter in prepared baking dish & tap few times to remove air bubbles.
Bake in preheated oven at 170 C for 28-30 minutes.
Let it cool for 20 minutes at room temperature.
Poke the cake with the help of wooden skewer,pour prepared mocha milk over the top of the cake, filling holes,cover with cling film & refrigerate for 4 hours.
Prepare Mocha Frosting:
In a bowl,add whipping cream,icing sugar,vanilla essence & beat well.
Add cocoa powder & beat well until stiff peaks form (approx. 4-5 minutes).
Add instant coffee (sift with the help of sifter) and beat until well combined & transfer to a piping bag.
Take out cake from refrigerator & apply mocha frosting.
Cut into desired slices & serve!

8 x 11” inch baking dish ko cooking oil sa grease karein aur cocoa powder dust ker ka excess ko remove ker lein & side per rakh dein.
Bowl per sifter rakh dein aur instant coffee dal ker sift ker lein.
Cocoa powder,maida,baking powder aur namak dal ker ek saath sift ker lein phir ache tarhan whisk ker lein & side per rakh dein.
Alag bowl mein anaday aur bareek cheeni dal dein aur foamy hunay tak beat ker lein (5-6 minutes).
Thora thora ker ka dry ingredients shamil karein aur spatula ki madad sa fold ker lein.
Vanilla essence aur cooking oil dal ker halki speed per ek minute kliya beat ker lein (don’t over beat the mixture).
Tayyar baking dish mein batter dal dein aur few times tap ker ka air bubbles ko remove ker lein.
Preheated oven mein 170 C per 28-30 minutes kliya bake ker lein.
Room temperature per 20 minutes kliya thanda ker lein.
Wooden skewer ki madad sa cake ko poke ker lein aur tayyar mocha milk ko cake ka upper dal ker holes ko fill ker lein,cling film sa cover karein aur 4 hours kliya refrigerator mein rakh dein.
Prepare Mocha Frosting:
Bowl mein whipping cream,icing sugar aur vanilla essence dal ker ache tarhan beat ker lein.
Cocoa powder dal dein aur soft peaks form hunay tak ache tarhan beat ker lein (approx. 4-5 minutes).
nstant coffee (sifter ki madad sa sift ker lein) dal ker ache tarhan beat ker lein & piping bag mein transfer ker lein.
Cake ko refrigerator sa nikal lein aur mocha frosting laga lein.
Desired slices mein cut ker ka serve karein.
