Ingredients:

  • Oil 1-2 tbs
  • Pyaz (Onion) 1 large
  • Tamatar (Tomato) 2-3
  • Oil 2 tbs
  • Aloo (Potato) 250 gms
  • Gajar (Carrot) 250 gms
  • Phool gobhi (Cauliflower) 250 gms
  • Adrak lehsan paste (Ginger garlic paste) 1 tbs
  • Zeera (Cumin seeds) roasted & Crushed 1 tbs
  • Lal mirch powder (Red chili powder) 1 tsp
  • Haldee powder (Turmeric powder) ½ tsp
  • Namak (Salt) 1 tsp
  • Matar (Peas) 1 Cup
  • Pani (Water) ½ Cup
  • Garam masala powder (Whole spice powder) ½ tsp
  • Hari mirch (Green chili) 1-2
  • Hara dhania (Coriander) 2 tbs

Directions:

In wok,add oil,onion and fry until golden brown.

Add tomato and fry until tender,grind and make a paste,set aside.

In wok,add oil,potato,carrot,cauliflower,ginger garlic paste and mix well.

Add cumin seeds,red chili powder,turmeric powder,salt and mix well.

Add tomato & onion paste,peas,water and cook for 5-8 minutes or until vegetables are soft.

Add whole spice powder,green chili,coriander and serve.
