Ingredients:
- Tomato ketchup 3 tbs
- Soy sauce 2 & ½ tbs
- Sirka (Vinegar) 1 tbs
- Chilli sauce 3 tbs
- Til ka tel (Sesame oil) 1 & ½ tbs
- Cooking oil 2 tbs
- Gajar (Carrots) sliced 1 Cup
- Phaliyan (French beans) 1 Cup
- Fresh mushrooms sliced 1 Cup
- Baby corns 1 Cup
- Shimla mirch (Capsicum) cubes 1 Cup
- Pyaz (Onion) cubes 1 Cup
- Cooking oil 3 tbs
- Lehsan (Garlic) chopped 10-12 cloves
- Red chillies chopped 3-4
- Hara pyaz (Green onion) white part chopped ¼ Cup
- Lal mirch (Red chilli) crushed 1 tsp
- Kali mirch powder (Black pepper powder) ½ tsp
- Namak (Salt) 1 tsp or to taste
- Vegetable stock 2 Cups Substitute: dissolve 2 stock cubes in 2 Cups of water
- Cornflour 1 & ½ tbs
- Water 2-3 tbs
- Hara pyaz (Green onion) leaves chopped 1-2 tbs

Directions:
In a bowl,add tomato ketchup,soy sauce,vinegar,chilli sauce,sesame oil,mix well & set aside.
In a wok,add cooking oil,carrots & mix well.
Add french beans,mix well & cook for a minute.
Add fresh mushrooms,mix well & cook for 1-2 minutes.
Add baby corns,capsicum,onion,mix well & stir fry on high flame for 2 minutes then take out in a bowl & set aside.
In same wok,add cooking oil,garlic & sauté for a minute.
Add red chillies,mix well & cook until garlic is light golden.
Add green onion white part & mix well.
Now add prepared sauce,red chilli crushed,black pepper powder,salt,mix well & cook for a minute.
Add vegetable stock,mix well & bring it to boil.
Add stir-fried vegetables and mix well.
In cornflour,add water and whisk well.
Add dissolved conrflour,mix well & cook until sauce thickens (1-2 minutes).
Add green onion leaves and mix well.
Garnish with green onion leaves & serve with boiled rice!

Karahi mein cooking oil aur gajar dal dein aur ache tarhan mix ker lein.
Phaliyan dal ker ache tarhan mix karein aur ek minute kliya paka lein.
Fresh mushrooms dal ker ache tarhan mix karein aur 1-2 minutes kliya paka lein.
Baby corns,shimla mirch aur pyaz dal ker ache tarhan mix karein aur tez ancch per 2 minute kliya stir fry ker lein phir bowl mein nikal lein & side per rakh dein.
Us he karahi mein cooking oil aur lehsan dal ker ek minute kliya sauté ker lein.
Red chillies dal ker ache tarhan mix karein aur lehsan ko light golden ho janay tak paka lein.
Hara pyaz white part ko ache tarhan mix ker lein.
Ab tayyar sauce,lal mirch crushed,kali mirch powder aur namak dal ker ache tarhan mix karein aur ek minute kliya paka lein.
Vegetable stock dal ker ache tarhan mix karein aur ubal anay dein.
Stir-fried vegetables dal ker ache tarhan mix karein.
Cornflour mein pani dal ker ache tarhan whisk ker lein.
Ab dissolved cornflour dal ker ache tarhan mix karein aur sauce garha ho janay tak paka lein (1-2 minutes).
Hara pyaz leaves dal ker ache tarhan mix ker lein.
Hara pyaz leaves sa garnish ker ka boiled rice ka saath serve karein.
