Ingredients:
- Podina (Mint leaves) handful
- Hara dhania (Fresh coriander) handful
- Hari mirch (Green chillies) 5-6
- Lehsan (Garlic) cloves 5-6
- Namak (Salt) ½ tsp or to taste
- Khatai powder (Dried mango powder) ½ tsp
- Tatri (Citric acid) ¼ tsp
- Imli pulp (Tamarind pulp) ½ Cup
- Beef qeema (Mince) 350g
- Chana daal (Split bengal gram) ½ Cup (soaked for 1 hour)
- Lehsan (Garlic) cloves 3-4
- Adrak (Ginger) 1 inch piece
- Zeera (Cumin seeds) 1 tsp
- Sabut dhania (Coriander seeds) ½ tbs
- Darchini (Cinnamon stick) 1
- Laung (Cloves) 3-4
- Badi elaichi (Black cardamom) 1
- Sabut lal mirch (Button red chillies) 6-7
- Tez patta (Bay leaf) 1
- Namak (Salt) 1 tsp or to taste
- Water 2 Cups
- Hara dhania (Fresh coriander) handful

- Anday (Eggs) 3
- Cooking oil 2-3 tbs
- Mini buns
- Prepared bun kabab chutney
- Pyaz (Onion) rings
- Tomato ketchup
- Kheera (Cucumber) slices
Directions:
In a blender jug,add mint leaves,fresh coriander,green chillies,garlic,salt,dried mango powder,citric acid and tamarind pulp,blend well & set aside.
In a wok,add beef mince,spit bengal lentil,garlic,ginger,cumin seeds,coriander seeds,cinnamon stick, cloves,black cardamom,button red chillies,bay leaf,salt & water,mix well and bring it to boil then remove scum,cover & cook on medium flame until its tender & dries up (25-30 minutes).
Remove bay leaf & black cardamom.
Let it cool.
In a chopper,add cooked mixture,fresh coriander,mint leaves,green chillies & chop until well combined.
With the help of wet hand,take a small quantity of mixture (45g) & make patties of equal sizes (makes 11-12).
In a bowl,add eggs,beat well until foamy & set aside.
On a griddle,add cooking oil,dip prepared kababs in beaten eggs and fry from both sides until golden brown.
Cut mini buns from the middle,turn flame to low & toast the buns from both sides.
On buns,add prepared bun kabab chutney,onion rings,kabab,tomato ketchup,cucumber & cover with bun tops.
Serve mini bun kababs with chutney & onions rings.

Karahi mein beef qeema,chana daal,lehsan,adrak,zeera,sabut dhania,darchini,laung,badi elaichi,sabut lal mirch,tez patta,namak aur pani dal ker ache tarhan mix karein aur ubal anay ka bad scum ko nikal lein,dhak dein aur darmiyani ancch per gul janay & sukh janay tak paka lein (25-30 minutes).
Tez patta aur badi elaichi ko nikal lein.
Thanda ker lein.
Chopper mein cooked mixture,hara dhania,podina aur hari mirhein dal ker ache tarhan chop ker lein.
Hath geela karein aur mixture ki small quantity (45g) lein aur ek jaisay sizes ka patties tayyar ker lein (makes 11-12).
Bowl mein anday dal ker foamy hunay tak beat ker lein & set aside.
Taw per cooking oil dal dein aur tayyar kababs ko pheetay hoye anday mein dip ker lein aur dono sides sa golden brown hunay tak fry ker lein.
Mini buns ko middle mein sa cut karein aur halki ancch per dono sides sa toast ker lein.
Buns per tayyar bun kabab chutney,pyaz rings,kabab,tomato ketchup aur kheera dal dein aur top buns sa cover ker lein.
Mini bun kababs ko chutney & pyaz rings ka saath serve karein.
