Ingredients:
-Doodh (Milk) warm 1 Cup (250ml)
-Bareek cheeni (Caster sugar) 1 tsp
-Khameer (Instant yeast) 1 tsp
-Anda (Egg) 1
-Kali mirch (Black pepper) crushed ½ tsp
-Mixed herbs ½ tsp
-Lal mirch (Red chilli) crushed ½ tsp
-Namak (Salt) ½ tsp or to taste
-Maida (All-purpose flour) sifted 1 & ½ Cup (250g)
-Hara pyaz (Spring onion) chopped ½ Cup
-Anday (Eggs) boiled & chopped 2
-Chicken boiled & shredded ½ Cup
-Cooking oil 4 tbs
Directions:
-In a bowl,add warm milk,caster sugar,instant yeast & mix well,cover & let it rest for 4-5 minutes.
-Add egg,black pepper crushed,mixed herbs,red chilli crushed,salt & whisk well.
-Add all-purpose flour & whisk until well combined.
-Add spring onion,eggs,chicken & mix until well combined then transfer to a piping bag.
-In a frying pan,heat cooking oil,pipe out prepared mixture & flatten with the help of greased spoon & fry pancakes from both sides on low flame until golden brown.
-Serve with tomato ketchup (makes 12)!

-Anda,kali mirch crushed,mixed herbs,lal mirch crushed aur namak dal ker ache tarhan whisk ker lein.
-Maida dal ker ache tarhan whisk ker lein.
-Hara pyaz,anday aur chicken dal ker ache tarhan mix karein aur piping bag mein transfer ker lein.
-Frying pan mein cooking oil garam karein aur mixture ko pipe out ker ka greased spoon ki madad sa flat ker lein aur halki ancch per dono sides sa pancakes ko golden brown ho janay tak fry ker lein.
-Tomato ketchup ka saath serve karein (makes 12)!
