Ingredients:
- Makhan (Butter) 2 tbs
- Pyaz (Onion) chopped 1 large
- Beef qeema (Beef mince) 400 gms
- Breadcrumbs ½ Cup
- Doodh (Milk) 2 tbs
- Anda (Egg) 1
- Fresh basil leaves chopped 2 tbs
- Namak (Salt) 1 tsp or to taste
- Kali mirch powder (Black pepper powder) 1 tsp
- All spices ½ tsp
- Chili sauce 1 tbs
- Cooking oil 2-3 tbs
- Boiling water as required
- Tamatar (Tomato) 3 large
- Cooking oil 2-3 tbs
- Pyaz (Onion) chopped 3 tbs
- Lehsan (Garlic) crushed 1 tsp
- Hari mirch (Green chili) crushed ½ tbs
- Tomato paste 1 tbs
- Beef yakhni (Beef stock) 2 Cups or as required
- Namak (Salt) ½ tsp or to taste
- Cheeni (Sugar) ½ tbs
- Kali mirch (Black pepper) crushed 1 tsp
- Italian seasoning ½ tbs
- Cream 2-3 tbs
- Penne pasta 200 gms (boiled as per pack’s instruction)
- Fresh basil leaves chopped
Directions:
In frying pan,add butter and let it melt.
Add onion and sauté until translucent & take out in a bowl.
Add beef mince,breadcrumbs,milk,egg,fresh basil leaves,salt,black pepper powder,all spices,chili sauce and mix until well combined.
Grease hands with oil,take a mixture and make meat balls of equal sizes (makes 25-27).
In frying pan,add cooking oil and fry meat balls until brown & set aside.
Slightly cut the tomatoes.
In boiling water,add tomatoes and blanch for 3 minutes then strain & remove skin.
In grinder,add tomatoes and grind well & set aside.
In pot,add cooking oil,onion and sauté until translucent.
Add garlic,green chilies and mix well.
Now add grinded tomatoes,mix well and cook for 2-3 minutes.
Add tomato paste and mix well.
Add beef stock,mix well and bring it to boil.
Add salt,sugar,black pepper crushed,italian seasoning,mix well and cook for 5 minutes.
Add fried meat balls,cover and cook on low flame for 8-10 minutes.
Add cream and mix.
Add boiled penne pasta and mix gently.
Add fresh basil leaves & serve!

Haathon ko oil sa grease karein aur mixture ko la ker ek jaisay sizes ka meat balls tayya ker lein (makes 25-27).
Frying pan mein cooking oil dal dein aur meat balls ko brown hunay tak fry ker lein & side per rakh dein.
Tamatar per slight cuts laga lein.
Boiling pani mein tamatar dal ker 3 minutes kliya blanch ker lein phir strain ker ka skin ko remove ker lein.
Grinder mein tamatar dal ker ache tarhan grind ker lein & side per rakh dein.
Pot mein cooking oil aur pyaz dal ker sauté ker lein.
Lehsan aur hari mirch dal ker ache tarhan mix ker lein.
Ab grinded tamatar shamil karein aur ache tarhan mix ker lein aur 2-3 minutes kliya paka lein.
Tomato paste dal ker ache tarhan mix karein.
Beef yakhni dal ker ache tarhan mix karein aur ubal anay dein.
Namak,cheeni,kali mirch crushed aur Italian seasoning dal ker ache tarhan mix karein aur 5 minutes kliya paka lein.
Fried meat balls dal ker dhak dein aur halki ancch per 8-10 minutes kliya paka lein.
Cream dal ker mix ker lein.
Boiled penne pasta shamil karein aur gently mix ker lein.
Fresh basil leaves dal ker serve karein.
