Mini Crispy Patty Burger

Ingredients:

Prepare Crispy Patty:

-Boneless chicken cubes 500g

-Pyaz (Onion) 1 medium

-Bread slices 3 large

-Mayonnaise 4 tbs

-Paprika powder 2 tsp

-Lehsan powder (Garlic powder) 2 tsp

-Chicken powder ½ tbs

-Dried oregano 1 & ½ tsp

-Lal mirch (Red chilli) crushed 1 tsp

-Himalayan pink salt 1 tsp or to taste

-Kali mirch powder (Black pepper powder) 1 tsp

-Soy sauce 2 tbs

-Hara dhania (Fresh coriander) ¼ Cup

-Breadcrumbs 1 Cup or as required

-Maida (All-purpose flour) ¼ Cup

-Cornflour ¼ Cup

-Paprika powder ½ tbs

-Kali mirch powder (Black pepper powder) ½ tsp

-Himalayan pink salt ½ tsp or to taste

-Water ½ Cup or as required

Prepare Burger Sauce:

-Mayonnaise ¾ Cup

-Hot sauce 2 tbs

-Tomato ketchup 2 tbs

-Mustard powder 1 tsp

-Lal mirch powder (Red chilli powder) ½ tsp or to taste

-Himalayan pink salt ¼ tsp or to taste

-Kali mirch (Black pepper) crushed ½ tsp

-Cooking oil for frying

Assembling:

-Mini burger buns as required

-Salad patta (Lettuce leaves)

-Cheese slice

-Tamatar (Tomato) slice

-Pickled jalapenos sliced

 

Directions:

Prepare Crispy Patty:

-In a chopper, add chicken,onion,bread,mayonnaise,paprika powder,garlic powder,chicken powder,dried oregano,red chilli crushed,pink salt,black pepper powder,soy sauce,fresh coriander & chop until well combined & refrigerate for 30 minutes.

-In a bowl,add breadcrumbs.

-In another bowl,add all-purpose flour,cornflour,paprika powder,black pepper powder,pink salt,water & mix well.

-With the help of greased hands,take small quantity of mixture (40g) & make patty.

-Dip patty in flour mixture & coat with breadcrumbs.

-On a clean surface,place a plastic sheet & 2.5” cutter.

-Add coated patty in cutter & press to set the patty (makes 19-20).

-Can be stored in an airtight container for up to 2 months in freezer.

-In a frying pan,heat cooking oil & fry patties on low flame until golden & crispy.

Prepare Burger Sauce:

-In a bowl,add mayonnaise,hot sauce,tomato ketchup,mustard powder,red chilli powder,pink salt,black pepper crushed & whisk well.Burger sauce is ready & transfer to a squeeze bottle.

Assembling:

-On a burger bun,add & spread prepared burger sauce,add lettuce leaves,crispy patty,cheese slice, tomato slice,pickled jalapenos,prepared burger sauce & top with another bun & serve!
