Ingredients:
Prepare Creamy Chicken:
-Cooking oil 2-3 tbs
-Lehsan (Garlic) chopped 1 tbs
-Hari mirch (Green chilli) chopped ½ tbs
-Boneless chicken small cubes 300g
-Kali mirch powder (Black pepper powder) ½ tsp
-Zeera powder (Cumin powder) ½ tsp
-Lal mirch (Red chilli) crushed 1 tsp
-Safed mirch powder (White pepper powder) ½ tsp
-Dhania powder (Coriander powder) 1 tsp
-Dried oregano 1 tsp
-Himalayan pink salt ½ tsp or to taste
-Lemon juice 1 tbs
-Shimla mirch (Capsicum) cubes ½ Cup
-Pyaz (Onion) cubes ½ Cup
-Chicken stock ½ Cup
-Olper’s Cream ¾ Cup
-Olper’s Cheddar cheese grated ½ Cup
-Hara dhania (Fresh coriander) chopped handful
Prepare Dough:
-Warm water 1 Cup or as required
-Bareek cheeni (Caster sugar) 1 tbs
-Khameer (Instant yeast) 2 & ½ tsp
-Maida (All-purpose flour) sifted 2 & ½ Cups
-Himalayan pink salt 1 tsp
-Cooking oil 2 & ½ tbs
-Cooking oil 1 tsp
Assembling:
-Pizza sauce as required
-Olper’s Mozzarella cheese grated as required
-Anda (Egg) whisked 1
Directions:
Prepare Creamy Chicken:
-In a wok,add cooking oil,garlic,green chilli & sauté for a minute.
-Add chicken & mix well until it changes color.
-Add black pepper powder,cumin powder,red chilli crushed,white pepper powder,coriander powder, dried oregano,pink salt,lemon juice,mix well & cook on medium flame for 2-3 minutes.
-Add capsicum,onion,chicken stock,mix well & cook for 1-2 minutes.
-On low flame,add cream,mix well & cook on medium flame until it thickens (2-3 minutes).
-Add cheddar cheese,fresh coriander & mix well until cheese melts.
Prepare Dough:
-In a bowl,add warm water,caster sugar,instant yeast & mix well,cover & let it proof for 5 minutes.
-Add half quantity of all-purpose flour & mix well until gluten forms (2-3 minutes).
-Add remaining quantity of all-purpose flour,pink salt,cooking oil,mix well & knead until dough is formed.
-Grease the dough with cooking oil,cover & let it proof for 1 hour at warm place.
-Knead dough again until smooth.
-Take a small dough & make a ball,sprinkle dry flour & roll out with the help of rolling pin.
-Cut out 4.5-inch dough with the help of the cutter.
Assembling:
-Add & spread pizza sauce,add prepared creamy chicken & mozzarella cheese.
-Flip the other side over the filling,press & twist to seal properly.
-Place the calzones on a baking tray lined with butter paper.
-Prick with fork & apply egg wash with the help of the brush (makes 14).
-Bake in preheated oven at 200C for 15 minutes (on both grills).
-Serve with tomato ketchup.

-Chicken dal dein aur rang tabdeel ho janay tak ache tarhan mix ker lein.
-Kali mirch powder,zeera powder,lal mirch crushed,safed mirch powder,dhania powder,dried oregano, pink salt aur lemon juice dal ker ache tarhan mix karein aur darmiyani ancch per 2-3 minutes kliya paka lein.
-Shimla mirch,pyaz aur chicken stock dal ker ache tarhan mix karein aur 1-2 minutes kliya paka lein.
-Halki ancch per cream dal ker ache tarhan mix karein aur darmiyani ancch per garha ho janay tak paka lein (2-3 minutes).
-Cheddar cheese aur hara dhania dal dein aur cheese melt ho janay tak ache tarhan mix ker lein.
Prepare Dough:
-Bowl mein warm water,bareek cheeni aur khameer dal ker ache tarhan mix karein aur dhak ker 5 minute proof hunay kliya chor dein.
-Maida ki half quantity dal dein aur gluten form ho janay tak ache tarhan mix ker lein (2-3 minutes).
-Maida ki remaining quantity,pink salt aur cooking oil dal ker ache tarhan mix karein aur ghond ker dough tayyar ker lein.
-Dough ko cooking oil sa grease karein aur dhak ker garam jagha per 1 hour proof hunay kliya rakh dien.
-Dough ko smooth ho janay tak dubara ghond lein.
-Chota dough la ker ball bana lein,maida chirak dein aur rolling pin ki madad sa bail lein.
-Dough ko 4.5-inch cutter ki madad sa cut ker lein.
-Pizza sauce dal ker pheela lein,tayyar creamy chicken & mozzarella cheese dal dein.
-Dough ko ek side ko filling ka upper flip ker lein,press aur twist ker ka seal ker lein.
-Calzones ko baking tray lined with butter paper per rakh dein.
-Fork sa prick karein aur brush ki madad sa anda laga lein (makes 14).
-Preheated oven mein 200C per 15 minutes kliya bake ker lein (on both grills).
-Tomato ketchup ka saath serve karein!
