Ingredients:
-Chakki ka atta (Whole wheat flour) sifted 1 Cup
-Ghee (Clarified butter) 5 tbs
-Elaichi powder (Cardamom powder) ¼ tsp
-Gur (Jaggery) dark brown 1/4 Cup
-Khashkhash (Poppy seeds) roasted
Directions:
-In a bowl,add whole wheat flour,clarified butter,mix well until it crumbles & microwave for 2-3 minutes (medium power).
-Takeout,mix well & microwave again for 2-3 minutes (medium power).
-Add cardamom powder,jaggery & mix well.
-Microwave until ghee separates 4-5 minutes (medium power) & whisk at regular intervals in between.
-Grease 5 x 9-inch baking pan with ghee,sprinkle poppy seeds.
-On greased baking tray,add prepared mixture & set evenly.
-Let it set for 10 minutes (room temperature).
-Sprinkle poppy seeds & press gently.
-Cut into pieces & serve!

-Bowl mein chakki ka atta aur ghee dal dein aur crumble ho janay tak ache tarhan mix ker lein & 2-3 minutes kliya microwave (medium power) ker lein.
-Bahir nikal ker ache tarhan mix karein aur dubara 2-3 minutes (medium power) kliya microwave ker lein.
-Elaichi powder aur gur dal ker ache tarhan mix ker lein.
-Ghee alag ho janay tak 4-5 minutes (medium power) kliya microwave ker lein aur bech bech mein whisk kertay rahien.
-5 x 9-inch baking tray ko ghee sa grease karein & khashkhash chirak dein.
-Greased baking tray per tayyar mixture dal ker evenly set ker lein.
-10 minutes set hunay kliya chor dein (room temperature).
-Khashkhash chirak ker gently press ker lein.
-Pieces mein cut ker ka serve karein!
