Ingredients:
- Cream 200ml
- Lemon juice 1 tbs
- Doodh (Milk) 3 tbs
- Cooking oil 1 tbs
- Lehsan (Garlic) chopped ½ tbs
- Paprika powder ½ tsp
- Red kidney beans boiled 1 Cup
- Chawal (Rice) 1 Cup (boiled with salt)
- Hara dhania (Fresh coriander) chopped 1 tbs
- Cooking oil 2-3 tbs
- Lehsan (Garlic) chopped 1 tbs
- Beef qeema (Mince) ½ kg (with 20% fat)
- Namak (Salt) 1 tsp or to taste
- Lal mirch powder (Red chilli powder) 1 tbs or to taste
- Lal mirch (Red chilli) crushed ½ tsp
- Sriracha sauce 3-4 tbs
- Lemon juice 2 tbs
- Pyaz (Onion) chopped ½ Cup
- Tamatar (Tomato) deseeded & chopped ½ Cup
- Kheera (Cucumber) deseeded & chopped ½ Cup
- Corn kernels boiled 1/4 Cup
- Hara dhania (Fresh coriander) chopped handful
- Namak (Salt) 1/4 tsp or to taste
- Kali mirch powder (Black pepper powder) 1/4 tsp
- Lemon juice 2 tbs
- Tortilla
- Mozzarella cheese grated as required
- Cheddar cheese grated as required
- Ice berg
- Makhan (Butter) 1 tbs
Directions:
In bowl,add cream,lemon juice and whisk well.
Add milk,whisk well and rest it for 1-2 hours.Sour cream is ready!
In wok,add cooking oil,garlic and mix well.
Add paprika powder and mix well.
Add red kidney beans and mix well.
Turn off the flame and mash coarsely.
Turn on the flame,add boiled rice and fresh coriander,mix well & set aside.
In frying pan,add cooking oil,garlic and fry until light golden.
Add beef mince and mix well until changes color.
Add salt,red chilli powder,red chilli crushed,sriracha sauce,mix well and cook for 15-20 minutes.
Add lemon juice,mix well and cook for 4-5 minutes & set aside.
In bowl,add onion,tomato,cucumber,corn kernels,fresh coriander,salt,black pepper powder,lemon juice and mix well.Salsa is prepared.
Assembling:
On tortilla,add & spread prepared sour cream,cooked mince,mozzarella cheese,cheddar cheese,cooked rice mixture,vegetables salsa,ice berg and wrap it (makes 6).
On grill pan,add butter and let it melt.
Place burrito wrap and place heavy pan to press and grill from both sides (2-3 minutes each side) & serve!

Bowl meim cream aur lemon juice dal ker ache tarhan whisk ker lein.
Doodh dal ker ache tarhan whisk karein aur 1-2 hours ker liya rakh dein.Sour cream tayyar hai!
Karhai mein cooking oil aur lehsan dal ker ache tarhan mix ker lein.
Paprika powder dal ker ache tarhan mix karein.
Red kidney beans dal ker ache tarhan mix ker lein.
Chulha bund ker dein aur coarsely mash ker lein.
Chulha on karein,boiled chawal aur hara dhania dal ker ache tarhan mix ker lein & side per rakh dein.
Frying pan mein cooking oil aur lehsan dal dein aur light golden hunay tak fry ker lein.
Beef qeema dal ker rang tabdeel hunay tak ache tarhan mix ker lein.
Namak,lal mirch powder,lal mirch crushed aur sriracha sauce dal ker ache tarhan mix karein aur 15-20 minutes kliya paka lein.
Lemon juice dal ker ache tarhan mix karein aur 4-5 minutes kliya paka lein & side per rakh dein.
Bowl mein pyaz,tamatar,kheera,corn kernels,hara dhania,namak,kali mirch powder aur lemon juice dal ker ache tarhan mix karein.Salsa tayyar hai!
Assembling:
Tortilla per tayyar sour cream dal ker pheel lein,cooked qeema,mozzarella cheese,cheddar cheese,coked rice mixture,vegetables salsa aur ice berg dal ker wrap ker lein (makes 6).
Grill pan per makhan dal ker melt ker lein.
Burritos warp ka upper heavy pan rakh dein aur dono sides sa grill ker lein (2-3 minutes each side) & serve karein!
