In frying pan,add ghee and let it melt,add cashew nuts,almonds and pistachio,fry for 1 minute and set aside.
In frying pan,add khoa and fry for 2 minutes and mix continuously & let it cool down completely.
In a bowl,add khoa mixture,raisins,dates and caster sugar,mix well and set aside.
In all-purpose flour,add water and mix well to form a smooth paste.
Take samosa sheet and cut into four equal parts/strips,place one samosa patti/strip horizontally,apply all-purpose flour paste,place skewer/stick then place second samosa patti vertically over first one,it will make plus (+) sign.
Add filling in the center and fold the top side so that it covers the filling.
Apply all-purpose flour paste and fold all sides to make a square box.
Make sure that all sides are properly sealed and prepare the remaining box patties similarly.
Can be stored up to 1 month in freezer.
In wok,heat oil and fry on medium low flame until golden.

Filling ko bech mein rakh dein aur upper wali side ko filling ka upper fold ker lein.
Maida ka paste laga lein aur tamam sides ko fold ker lein aur square box bana lein.
Is baat ka khayal rakhein ka tamam sides ache tarhan seal ho gaye hun aur baqi box patties bhi is he tarhan tayyar ker lein.
Freezer mein 1 month tak store ker saktay han.
Karhai mein oil garam karein aur halki ancch per golden fry ker lein.
