Ingredients:
- Chicken boneless cubes 250 gms
- Hari mirch (Green chilli) 4-5
- Pyaz (Onion) fried 2 tbs
- Hara dhania (Fresh coriander) 2 tbs
- Adrak lehsan paste (Ginger garlic paste) 1 & ½ tsp
- Lal mirch powder (Red chili powder) ½ tsp or to taste
- Namak (Salt) ½ tsp or to taste
- Zeera powder (Cumin powder) ½ tsp
- Bread slices 2
- Anda (Egg) 1
- Cheddar cheese cubes
- Cooking oil for frying
- Aloo (Potato) boiled & peeled 700 gms
- Namak (Salt) ½ tsp or to taste
- Chicken powder ½ tsp
- Lal mirch (Red chili) crushed ½ tsp
- Chawal (Rice) boiled until soft 1 & ½ Cups (regular)
- Anday (Eggs) boiled & grated 3
- Kali mirch (Black pepper) crushed 1 & ½ tsp
- Namak (Salt) ½ tsp or to taste
- Hara dhania (Fresh coriander) chopped 1 tbs
- Mayonnaise 1 tbs
- Maida (All-purpose flour) 4 tbs
- Pani (Water) 1 & ½ Cup or as required
- Breadcrumbs finely ground 1 Cup or as required
- Safed til (Sesame seeds) 2 tbs
- Cooking oil for frying
Cheese Sauce:
- Makhan (Butter) 1 tbs
- Maida (All-purpose flour) 1 tbs
- Doodh (Milk) 1 & ½ Cup
- Cheddar cheese cubes ½ Cup
- Lehsan powder (Garlic powder) ½ tsp
- Chicken powder 1 tbs
- Cajun powder 1 tsp
- Namak (Salt) 1 pinch
- Zarda ka rang (Yellow food color) 1/4 tsp (optional)
Directions:
In chopper,add chicken boneless cubes,green chilli,fried onion,fresh coriander,ginger garlic paste,red chili powder,salt,cumin powder,bread slices,egg and chop well.
Grease hands with oil,take a mixture and make ball,make a hole,add cheddar cheese and make balls of equal sizes (makes 4).
In frying pan,add heat cooking oil and fry balls on low flame until golden brown.
In bowl,add grate potatoes with the help of the grater.
Add salt,chicken powder,red chili crushed,mix well & set aside.
In bowl,add boiled rice,eggs,black pepper crushed,salt,fresh coriander,mayonnaise,mix well & set aside.
On working table,spread cling film,add & spread rice mixture,place fried ball and coat properly by folding cling film.
Grease hand with oil and press the ball properly & set aside.
On cling film,add & spread potato mixture,place rice coated ball and coat properly by folding cling film and freeze for 10 minutes.
In bowl,add all-purpose flour,water,whisk well & set aside.
In bowl,add breadcrumbs,sesame seeds and mix well.
Now dip coated balls in all-purpose flour mixture and coat in breadcrumbs then again dip all-purpose flour mixture then again coat in breadcrumbs.
In wok,heat cooking oil and fry on medium low flame until golden brown.
Cheese Sauce:
In saucepan,add butter and let it melt.
Add all-purpose flour and mix well for a minute.
Add milk and mix well.
Add cheddar cheese cubes and cook until cheese melts.
Add garlic powder,chicken powder,Cajun powder,salt,mix well and cook until sauce thickens.
Add yellow food color and mix well.
Drizzle cheese sauce over fried ball & serve!

Haathon ko oil sa grease karein aur mixture ko la ker ball bana lein,hole karein aur cheddar cheese dal ker ek jaisay sizes ki balls tayyar ker lein (makes 4).
Frying pan mein cooking oil garam karein aur halki ancch per balls ko golden brown huany tak fry ker lein.
Bowl mein aloo ko grater ki madad sa grate ker lein.
Namak,chicken powder aur lal mirch crushed dal ker ache tarhan mix ker lein & side per rakh dein.
Bowl mein boiled chawal,anday,kali mirch crushed,namak,hara dhania aur mayonnaise dal ker ache tarhan mix karein & side per rakh dein.
Working surface per cling film pheela lein,rice mixture dal ker pheela lein,fried ball rakh ker cling film ki madad sa properly coat ker lein & side per rakh dein.
Cling film per aloo ka mixture dal ker pheela lein,rice coated ball rakh ker cling film ki madad sa properly coat ker lein aur 10 minutes kliya freeze ker lein.
Bowl mein maida aur pani dal ker ache tarhan whisk ker lein & side per rakh dein.
Bowl mein breadcrumbs aur safed til dal ker ache tarhan mix ker lein.
Ab coated ball ko maida ka mixture mein dip karein aur breadcrumbs mein coat ker lein phir dubara maida mein dip karein aur breadcrumbs mein coat ker lein.
Karhai mein cooking oil garam karein aur darmiyani ancch per golden brown hunay tak fry ker lein.
Cheese Sauce:
Saucepan mein makhan dal ker melt karein.
Maida dal ker ek minute kliya ache tarhan mix ker lein.
Doodh shamil karein aur ache tarhan mix ker lein.
Cheddar cheese cubes dal dein aur cheese melt hunay tak paka lein.
Lehsan powder,chicken powder,Cajun powder aur namak dal ker ache tarhan mix karein aur sauce garha hunay tak paka lein.
Zarda ka rang dal ker ache tarhan mix ker lein.
Fried ball per cheese sauce drizzle ker ka serve karein.
