Ingredients:
- Beef qeema (Mince) ½ kg
- Breadcrumbs ½ Cup
- Kali mirch (Black pepper) crushed 1 tsp
- Namak (Salt) ½ tsp or to taste
- Lehsan (Garlic) chopped 1 tbs
- All spices ½ tsp
- Knorr chicken powder 1 sachet (10 g)
- Pyaz (Onion) finely chopped 1 medium
- Hara dhania (Fresh coriander) chopped 1-2 tbs
- Anda (Egg) 1
- Doodh (Milk) 2 tbs
- Cooking oil 2 tbs
- Cooking oil 1 tbs
- Lehsan (Garlic) chopped 1 tbs
- Pyaz (Onion) finely chopped 1 medium
- Tamatar (Tomatoes) blanched & grinded 300 g
- Tomato paste 2 tbs
- Italian seasoning 1 tsp
- Dried oregano 1 tsp
- Kali mirch (Black pepper) crushed 1 tsp
- Namak (Salt) ½ tsp or to taste
- Cheeni (Sugar) ½ tbs
- Pani (Water) 1 Cup or as required
- Knorr Chicken cube 1
- Hara dhania (Fresh coriander) chopped 2 tbs
- Mayonnaise ½ Cup
- Cream cheese ½ Cup
- Italian seasoning 1 tsp
- Italian bread slices toasted
- Mozzarella cheese grated
- Cheddar cheese grated
- Italian seasoning
Directions:
In bowl,add beef mince,breadcrumbs,black pepper crushed,salt,garlic,all spices,chicken powder,onion, fresh coriander,egg,milk and mix until well combined.
Take a mixture (1 tbs) and make meat balls of equal sizes (makes 34-35) and refrigerate for 15 minutes.
In wok,add cooking oil and fry meat balls for 10-12 minutes (cover in between) & take out for later use.
In the same wok,add cooking oil,garlic and mix well.
Add onion and sauté until translucent.
Add grinded tomatoes,tomato paste,mix well and cook for 2-3 minutes.
Add Italian seasoning,dried oregano,black pepper crushed,salt,sugar and mix well,cover and cook on low flame for 4-5 minutes.
Add water,chicken cube and mix,add fresh coriander and mix well.
Now add fried meat balls,mix and cook for 6-8 minutes,cover and cook on low flame for 12-15 minutes then cook on high flame until oil separates & set aside.
In bowl,add mayonnaise,cream cheese,Italian seasoning,mix well & set aside.
Assembling:
On baking dish,add Italian bread slices,add & spread prepared mayo & cream cheese sauce,mozzarella cheese,meat balls with red sauce,mozzarella cheese,cheddar cheese and sprinkle Italian seasoning.
Bake in preheated oven at 170 C until cheese melts (12-15 minutes).

Directions:
Bowl mein beef qeema,breadcrumbs,kali mirch crushed,namak,lehsan,all spices,chicken powder,pyaz, hara dhania,anda aur doodh dal ker ache tarhan mix ker lein.
Mixture (1 tbs) ko la ker ek jaisay sizes ka meat balls tayya ker lein (makes 34-35) aur 15 minutes kliya refrigerator mein rakh dein.
Karhai mein cooking oil dal dein aur meat balls ko 10-12 minutes kliya fry ker lein (cover in between) aur bad mein use kernay kliya side per rakh dein.
Us he karhai mein cooking oil aur lehsan dal ker ache tarhan mix ker lein.
Pyaz dal dein aur translucent hunay tak sauté ker lein.
Grinded tamatar aur tomato paste dal ker ache tarhan mix karein aur 2-3 minutes kliya paka lein.
Italian seasoning,dried oregano,kali mirch crushed,namak aur cheeni dal ker ache tarhan mix karein aur dhak ker halki ancch per 4-5 minutes kliya paka lein.
Pani aur chicken cube dal ker mix karein aur hara dhania dal ker ache tarhan mix ker lein.
Ab fried meat balls dal ker mix karein aur 6-8 minutes kliya paka lein,dhak ker halki ancch per 12-15 minutes kliya paka lein phit tez ancch per oil alag hunay tak paka lein & side per rakh dein.
Bowl mein mayonnaise,cream cheese aur Italian seasoning dal ker ache tarhan mix ker lein & side per rakh dein.
Assembling:
Baking dish mein Italian bread slices rakh ker tayyar mayo & cream cheese sauce dal ker pheela lein, mozzarella cheese,meat balls with red sauce,mozzarella sauce,cheddar cheese aur Italian seasoning dal dein.
Preheated oven mein 170 C per cheese melt hunay tak bake ker lein (12-15 minutes).
