Ingredients:
- Cooking oil 2 tbs
- Pyaz (Onion) chopped 1 large
- Adrak lehsan paste (Ginger garlic paste) 1 tbs
- Beef qeema (Beef mince) ½ kg
- Lal mirch powder (Red chilli powder) 1 tsp or to taste
- Zeera (Cumin seeds) roasted & crushed 1 tsp
- Kali mirch (Black pepper) crushed 1 tsp
- Namak (Salt) 1 tsp or to taste
- Hara dhania (Fresh coriander) chopped 2-3 tbs
- Aalo (Potatoes) boiled 700g
- Makhan (Butter) 1 & ½ tbs
- Anda (Egg) 1
- Lehsan powder (Garlic powder) ½ tbs
- Paprika powder 1 tsp
- Kali mirch powder (Black pepper powder) 1 tsp
- Namak (Salt) 1 tsp or to taste
- Maida (All-purpose flour) ¾ Cup
- Cooking oil for frying
Directions:
In a frying pan,add cooking oil,onion & sauté for a minute.
Add ginger garlic paste,mix well & cook for 1-2 minutes.
Add beef mince and mix well until it changes color and cook on high flame until dries up (approx. 8-10 minutes).
Add red chilli powder,cumin seeds,black pepper crushed,salt,mix well & cook for 4-5 minutes.
Add fresh coriander,mix well and let it cool.
In a bowl,add potatoes & mash well with the help of the masher.
Add butter,egg,garlic powder,paprika powder,black pepper powder,salt,mix & mash well the help of spoon.
Add all-purpose flour & mix until well combined & set aside.
On working surface,dust dry flour,add small quantity of potato mixture and spread with the help of greased spoon,add mince filling (1 tbs) in the center,gather all potato mixture to make a patty,dust dry flour & gently flatten with the help of greased hands to make a pancake (makes 6-7).
In frying pan,heat cooking oil & fry pancakes on low flame from both sides until golden.
Serve with sour cream and garnish with fresh parsley/coriander.

Adrak lehsan paste dal ker ache tarhan mix karein aur 1-2 minutes kliya paka lein.
Beef qeema dal dein aur rang tabdeel hunay tak ache tarhan mix karein phir tez ancch per sukh janay tak paka lein (approx. 8-10 minutes).
Lal mirch powder,zeera,kali mirch crushed aur namak dal ker ache tarhan mix karein aur 4-5 minutes kliya paka lein.
Hara dhania dal ker ache tarhan mix karein & thand ker lein.
Bowl mein aloo dal dein aur masher ki madad sa ache tarhan mash ker lein.
Makhan,anda,lehsan powder,paprika powder,kali mirch powder aur namak dal dein aur spoon ki madad sa ache tarhan mix aur mash ker lein.
Maida dal ker ache tarhan mix ker lein & side per rakh dein.
Working surface per maida chirak dein aur aalo mixture ki small quantity dal ker greased spoon ki madad sa pheela lein,center mein qeema filling (1 tbs) dal dein aur aalo mixture ko gather ker ka patty bana lein,maida chirak dein ayr greased haathon ki madad sa flat ker ek pancake tayyar ker lein (makes 6-7).
Frying pan mein cooking oil garam karein aur pancakes ko halki ancch per dono sides sa golden hunay tak fry ker lein.
Sour cream ka saath serve karein aur fresh parsley/hara dhania sa garnish ker lein.
