Ingredients:
-Cooking oil 1-2 tbs
-Cottage cheese cubes 250g
-Kashmiri lal mirch (Kashmiri red chilli) powder ¼ tsp
-Tamatar (Tomatoes) cubes 2 medium
-Pyaz (Onion) fried ½ Cup
-Badam (Almonds) 10-12
-Khopra (Desiccated coconut) 2 tbs
-Water ¼ Cup or as required
-Cooking oil 3-4 tbs
-Adrak lehsan paste (Ginger garlic paste) 1 tbs
-Kashmiri lal mirch (Kashmiri red chilli) powder 1 tsp
-Namak (Salt) 1 tsp or to taste
-Lal mirch powder (Red chilli powder) 1 tsp or to taste
-Dhania powder (Coriander powder) 1 tsp
-Garam masala powder ½ tsp
-Matar (Peas) 1 & ½ Cup
-Water 1 Cup or as required
-Cream 2-3 tbs (optional)
-Lemon juice 1 & ½ tbs
-Kasuri methi (Dried fenugreek leaves) 1 tsp
-Hari mirch (Green chilli) sliced 1-2
-Hara dhania (Fresh coriander)
Directions:
-In a frying pan,add cooking oil,cottage cheese,Kashmiri red chilli powder,mix well & fry until golden & set aside.
-In a blender jug,add tomatoes,fried onion,almonds,desiccated coconut,water,blend well & set aside.
-In a wok,add cooking oil,ginger garlic paste,Kashmiri red chilli powder & mix well.
-Add blended paste,mix well & cook on low flame for 2 minutes.
-Add salt,red chilli powder,coriander powder,garam masala powder,mix well & cook for 3-4 minutes.
-Add peas & mix well.
-Add water,mix well & bring it to boil,cover & cook on medium flame until peas are tender (8-10 minutes).
-Turn off the flame,add cream & mix well.
-Turn on the flame,add lemon juice & mix well.
-Now add stir fried cottage cheese & mix gently.
-Add dried fenugreek leaves,green chilli,cover & simmer on low flame for 2-3 minutes.
-Garnish with fresh coriander & serve with naan!

-Blender jug mein tamatar,fried pyaz,badam,khopra aur pani dal ker ache tarhan blend ker lein & side per rakh dein.
-Karahi mein cooking oil,adrak lehsan paste aur Kashmiri lal mirch powder dal ker ache tarhan mix karein.
-Blended paste dal ker ache tarhan mix karein aur halki ancch per 2 minute kliya paka lein.
-Namak,lal mirch powder,dhania powder aur garam masala powder dal ker ache tarhan mix karein aur 3-4 minutes kliya paka lein.
-Matar dal ker ache tarhan mix ker lein.
-Pani dal ker ache tarhan mix karein aur ubal anay ka bad darmiyani ancch per matar gul janay tak paka lein (8-10 minutes).
-Chulha bund ker dein aur cream dal ker ache tarhan mix ker lein.
-Chulha on karein aur lemon juice dal ker ache tarhan mix karein.
-Ab stir fried cottage cheese dal ker gently mix ker lein.
-Kasuri methi aur hari mirch dal ker dhak dein aur halki ancch per 2-3 minutes kliya dum per rakh dein.
-Hara dhania dal ker naan ka saath serve karein!
