Ingredients:
-Boneless chicken small cubes 100g
-Tikka masala 2 tsp or to taste
-Cooking oil 1 tbs
-Aloo (Potatoes) boiled 2 medium
-Shimla mirch (Capsicum) chopped 3 tbs
-Corn kernels boiled 2 tbs
-Kali mirch powder (Black pepper powder) ¼ tsp
-Lehsan powder (Garlic powder) ½ tsp
-Dried oregano ½ tsp
-Himalayan pink salt ½ tsp or to taste
-Anday (Eggs) 2
-Kali mirch powder (Black pepper powder) 1 pinch
-Himalayan pink salt 1 pinch or to taste
Directions:
-In a frying pan,add chicken,tikka masala & mix well.
-Add cooking oil,turn on the flame & mix well,cook on low flame until chicken is tender (4-5 minutes) & set aside.
-In a bowl,add potatoes & mash well with the help of masher.
-Add capsicum,corn kernels,black pepper powder,garlic powder,dried oregano,pink salt & mix well.
-Transfer the potato mixture to a greased tamagoyaki pan & spread evenly to make a thin layer.
-Add cooked chicken,fold the mixture into a roll shape than move the potato roll to one side of pan.
-In a bowl,add eggs,black pepper powder,pink salt & whisk well.
-Turn on the flame,grease pan with cooking oil,add whisked eggs & cook on low flame for 1-2 minutes than fold the potato roll on cooked egg & move to one side of pan.
-Grease pan with cooking oil,add whisked eggs & cook on low flame for 1-2 minutes than fold the potato roll on cooked egg & move to one side of pan.
-Repeat the same process once again.
-Cut into slices & serve!

-Shimla mirch,corn kernels,kali mirch powder,lehsan powder,dried oregano aur pink salt dal ker ache tarhan mix ker lein.
-Potato mixture ko greased tamagoyaki pan mein dal dein aur evenly spread ker ka thin layer bana lein.
-Cooked chicken dal dein aur mixture ko fold ker ka roll bana lein aur pan ki ek side per move ker lein.
-Bowl mein anday,kali mirch powder aur pink salt dal ker ache tarhan whisk ker lein.
-Chulha on karein,pan ko cooking oil se grease karein aur whisked anday dal ker halki ancch per 1-2 minutes kliya paka lein phir potato roll ko cooked egg mein roll ker ka pan ki ek side per move ker lein.
