Ingredients:
- Mash daal (White lentil gram) 1 Cup (soaked for 30 minutes)
- Water as required
- Namak (Salt) ½ tsp
- Cooking oil ½ Cup
- Zeera (Cumin seeds) ½ tsp
- Curry patta (Curry leaves) 12-15
- Pyaz (Onion) sliced 2 medium
- Tamatar (Tomatoes) sliced 3 medium
- Adrak lehsan paste (Ginger garlic paste) 1 tbs
- Namak (Salt) 1 tsp or to taste
- Dhania powder (Coriander powder) 1 & ½ tsp
- Lal mirch (Red chilli) crushed 1 tsp
- Zeera powder (Cumin powder) 1 & ½ tsp
- Haldi powder (Turmeric powder) 1 tsp
- Lal mirch powder (Red chilli powder) 1 & ½ tsp or to taste
- Garam masala powder ½ tsp
- Dahi (Yogurt) whisked 4 tbs
- Beef qeema (Mince) 350g
- Water ½ Cup or as required

- Adrak (Ginger) julienne 1 inch piece
- Hari mirch (Green chillies) sliced 2-3
- Hara dhania (Fresh coriander) chopped 2-3 tbs
- Lemon juice 2 tbs
- Adrak (Ginger) julienne

Directions:
In a pot,add white lentil gram,water,salt & mix well,bring it to boil and remove scum,cover & boil on low flame until ¾th done (approx. 7-8 minutes) then strain & set aside.
In a wok,add cooking oil,cumin seeds,curry leaves & mix well.
Add onion,mix well & fry until light golden.
Add tomatoes,ginger garlic paste,mix well & cook for a minute.
Add salt,coriander powder,red chilli crushed,cumin powder,turmeric powder,red chilli powder,garam masala powder,mix well & cook for 4-5 minutes.
Add yogurt,mix well & cook for 2 minutes.
Add beef mince,mix well & cook on medium flame for 4-5 minutes.
Add water,mix well,cover & cook on low flame for 8-10 minutes then cook on high flame until oil separates.
Now add boiled white lentil gram & mix well.
Add water & mix well.
Add ginger,green chilli,fresh coriander,lemon juice,cover & simmer on low flame for 3-4 minutes.
Garnish with ginger,green chilli,fresh coriander & serve!

Directions:
Pot mein mash daal,pani aur namak dal ker ache tarhan mix karein aur ubal anay dein,scum ko nikal lein aur 3/4th done hunay tak boil ker lein (approx. 7-8 minutes) phir strain ker ka set per rakh dein.
Karahi mein cooking oil,zeera aur curry patta dal ker ache tarhan mix ker lein.
Pyaz dal ker ache tarhan mix karein aur light golden ho janay tak fry ker lein.
Tamatar aur adrak lehsan paste dal ker ache tarhan mix karein aur ek minute kliya paka lein.
Namak,dhania powder,lal mirch crushed,zeera powder,haldi powder,lal mirch powder aur garam masala powder dal ker ache tarhan mix karein aur 4-5 minutes kliya paka lein.
Dahi dal ker ache tarhan karein aur 2 minute kliya paka lein.
Beef qeema dal ker ache tarhan mix karein aur darmiyani ancch per 4-5 minutes kliya paka lein.
Pani dal ker ache tarhan mix karein aur halki ancch per 8-10 minutes kliya paka lein phir tez ancch per oil alag ho janay tak paka lein.
Ab boiled mash daal dal ker ache tarhan mix ker lein.
Pani dal ker ache tarhan mix karein.
Adrak,hari mirch,hara dhania aur lemon juice dal ker dhak dein aur halki ancch per 3-4 minutes kliya dum per rakh dein.
