Ingredients:

  • Pani (Water) as required
  • Laung (Cloves) 8-10
  • Darchini (Cinnamon sticks) 2
  • Kali mirch (Black peppercorns) 8-10
  • Sirka (Vinegar) 1 tbs
  • Namak (Salt) 2 tsp or to taste
  • Chawal (Rice) 2 & ¼ cup (Soaked for an hour)
  • Oil 4-5 tbs
  • Chicken boneless 350 gms
  • Adrak lehsan paste (Ginger garlic paste) 2 tsp
  • Zeera (Cumin seeds) 1 tsp
  • Haldee powder (Turmeric powder) ½ tsp
  • Lal mirch powder (Red chili powder) 1 tsp or to taste
  • Dhania powder (Coriander powder) 1 tsp
  • Namak (Salt) 1 tsp or to taste
  • Pyaz (Onions) Medium 2
  • Gajar (Carrots) 1 cup
  • Corns boiled 1 cup
  • Shimla mirch (Capsicum) 1 cup
  • Matar (Peas) Boiled ½ cup
  • Hari pyaz ka safed hissa (Green onion white part) ½ cup
  • Kali mirch (Black pepper) Crushed 2 tsp
  • Soy Sauce 2-3 tbs
  • Hari mirch (Green Chilies) 3-4
  • Safed mirch powder (White pepper powder) 1 tsp
  • Hara dhania (Green coriander) ¼ Cup
  • Hara pyaz (Green onion stalk) 1 Cup
  • Pani (Water) ½ cup

Directions:

In pot,add water,cloves,cinnamon stick,black peppercorns,vinegar and salt,bring it to boil,add rice and boil until ¾ th done,strain and set aside.

In wok,add oil,chicken boneless and ginger garlic paste,fry until chicken changes color.

Add cumin seeds,turmeric powder,red chili powder,coriander powder,salt and mix well.

Add onion and mix well.

Now add carrots,corns,capsicum,peas and green onion white part and mix well.

Add boiled rice,mix well and add black pepper crushed,soy sauce,green chilies,white pepper powder, green coriander,green onion stalk and water.

Cook and steam cook for 10-15 minutes.

Masala fried rice is ready.
