Ingredients:
- Oil 1 tbs
- Bhindi (Okra) ½ kg
- Oil 2-3 tbs
- Pyaz (Onion) Sliced 2
- Lehsan (Garlic) Chopped 1 tbs
- Hari mirch paste (Green chilies paste) 2 tbs
- Tamatar (Tomatoes) Chopped 2-3
- Namak (Salt) 1 tsp or to taste
- Haldee powder (Turmeric powder) ½ tsp
- Dhania powder (Coriander powder) ½ tsp
- Zeera powder (Cumin powder) ½ tsp
- Lal mirch powder (Red chilli powder) 1 tsp or to taste
- Sabut lal mirch (Button red chilies) Crushed 3-4
- Lemon juice 1-2 tbs
- Qasuri methi (Dried fenugreek leaves) ¼ tsp (optional)
- Hari mirch (Green chilies) 2-3
- Podina (Mint leaves)
- Hara dhania (Green coriander)
Directions:
In pot,add oil,okra and fry for 4-5 minutes and set aside.
In pot,add oil and onion,fry until translucent.
Add garlic and green chili paste,mix well.
Add tomatoes,salt,turmeric powder,coriander powder,cumin powder,red chili powder,button red chilies and mix well until tomatoes are soft.
Add stir fried okra and mix well.
Add lemon juice,dried fenugreek leaves,green chilies,mint leaves,green coriander and serve.

Directions:
Pot mein oil aur bhindi dal ker 4-5 minute kliya fry ker lein aur side per rakh dein.
Pot mein oil aur pyaz dal ker translucent hunat tak fry ker lein.
Lehsan aur hari mirch paste dal ker ache tarhan mix ker lein.
Tamatar,namak,haldee powder,dhania powder,zeera powder,lal mirch powder aur sabut gol mirch dal ker tamatar naram hunay tak mix ker lein.
Stir fried bhindi dal ache tarhan mix ker lein.
Lemon juice,qasuri methi,hari mirch,podina aur hara dhania dal ker serve karein.
