Ingredients:
Yogurt Sauce:
- Dahi (Yogurt) whisked 1 Cup
- Lehsan paste (Garlic paste) 1 tsp
Prepare Lentil topping (Chana Daal):
- Oil 4-5 tbs
- Pyaz (Onion) sliced 1 medium
- Adrak (Ginger) chopped 1 tbs
- Haldee powder (Turmeric powder) 1 tsp
- Tomato paste 1 & ½ tbs
- Namak (Salt) ½ tsp or to taste
- Chanay ki daal (Split bengal gram) boiled 1 Cup
- Pani (Water) ½ Cup
Prepare Mince:
- Oil 2-3 tbs
- Beef qeema (Beef mince) 500 gms
- Adrak lehsan paste (Ginger garlic paste) 1 & ½ tsp
- Pyaz (Onion) finely chopped 6 medium
- Kali mirch powder (Black pepper powder) 1 tbs
- Lal mirch powder (Red chili powder) 1 tsp
- Dhania powder (Coriander powder) 1 tsp
- Garam masala powder 1 tsp
- Namak (Salt) ½ tsp or to taste
- Hari mirch (Green chilies) chopped 4
- Podina (Mint leaves) chopped ½ Cup
- Hara dhania (Fresh coriander) chopped ½ Cup
Prepare Dough & Dumplings:
- Maida (All-purpose flour) 2 Cups
- Namak (Salt) 1 tsp
- Pani (Water) ½ Cup or as required
- Pani (Water) 2-3 Cups
- Hara dhania (Green coriander)
Directions:
Yogurt Sauce:
In bowl,add yogurt,garlic paste and whisk well & set aside.
Prepare Lentil topping (Chana Daal):
In wok,add oil and onion,fry until golden brown.
Add ginger and mix.
Add turmeric powder,tomato paste and mix well.
Add salt and mix well.
Add split bengal gram with remaining water and mix well.
Add water and mix well,cover and put it on simmer for 6-8 minutes.
Prepare Mince:
In pot,add oil,beef mince and mix well until water dries.
Add ginger garlic paste and mix well.
Add onion and mix,add black pepper powder,red chili powder,coriander powder,garam masala powder, salt and mix well.
Add green chilies,mint leaves,fresh coriander and mix well.
Cover and cook on low flame for 4-5 minutes.
Prepare Dough & Dumplings:
In all-purpose flour,add salt and mix,gradually add water and knead well until dough is formed.
Cover and let it rest for 20 minutes and knead dough again until smooth dough is formed.
Cut the dough into four equal portions,take a small dough and make a ball.
Roll out flat dough with the help of rolling pin and with the help of the cutter,cut the dough into four equal square piece.
Take one square piece,apply water at the edges and add mince filling,fold all four sides with each other and press the edges tightly to seal together.Continue doing this with the remaining dumplings.
In pot,add water and bring it to boil,place steam rack and grease the steam rack with oil.
Now place dumplings on steam rack,cover and steam cook for 15-20 minutes.
Assembling:
On serving plate,spread yogurt sauce,place dumplings,pour yogurt sauce,sprinkle red chili flakes,add cooked mince and chana lentil topping & garnish with green coriander.

Karhai mein oil aur pyaz dal ker golden brown fry ker lein.
Adrak dal ker mix karein.
Haldee powder aur tomato paste dal ker ache tarhan mix ker lein.
Namak dal ker ache tarhan mix ker lein.
Chanay ki daal pani ka saath dal ker ache tarhan mix karein.
Pani dal ker mix ker lein,dhak ker 6-8 minutes kliya dum per rakh dein.

Pot mein oil aur beef qeema dal dein aur pani sukh janay tak ache tarhan mix ker lein.
Adrak lehsan paste dal ker ache tarhan mix ker lein.
Pyaz dal ker mix karein,kali mirch powder,lal mirch powder,dhania powder,garam masala powder aur namak dal ker ache tarhan mix ker lein.
Hari mirch,podina aur hara dhania dal ker ache tarhan mix karein.
Dhak dein aur halki ancch per 4-5 minutes kliya paka lein.
Prepare Dough & Dumplings:
Maida mein namak dal ker mix karein,thora thora ker ka pani shamil karein aur ghond ker dough tayyar ker lein.
Dhak ker 20 minutes kliya rakh dein,dubara ghond ker smooth dough tayyar ker lein.
Dough ko four equal parts mein cut ker lein,chota dough lein aur ball bana lein.
Dough ko rolling pin ki madad sa patla bail lein aur cutter ki madad sa dough ko four equal square piece mein cut ker lein.
Ek square piece lein,edges per pani laga lein aur qeema filling rakh dein,tamam four sides ko ek saath fold ker lein aur edges ko tightly seal ker lein.Is he tarhan tamam dumplings tayyar ker lein.
Pot mein pani dal ker ubal lein,steam rack rakh dein aur stream rack ko oil sa grease ker lein.
Ab steam rack per dumplings rakh dein,dhak ker 15-20 minutes kliya steam cook ker lein.
Assembling:
Serving palte mein dahi sauce pheela lein,dumplings rakh dein,upper sa dahi sauce dal dein,red chili flakes sprinkle karein,cooked qeema aur chanay ki daal topping dal dein aur hara dhania sa garnish karein.
