Ingredients:
-Dahi (Yogurt) 3 Cups (750g)
-Condensed milk ½ Cup or to taste
-Mango puree 1 Cup
-Cream 1 Cup (room temperature)
-Elaichi powder (Cardamom powder) ¼ tsp
-Aam (Mango) chunks
-Podina (Mint leaves)
Directions:
-On a bowl,place a strainer,muslin cloth,add yogurt & tie the muslin cloth & hang it for 6 hours or until water completely drained out (yield: 1 & ½ Cup).
-In a bowl,add hung curd,condensed milk,mango puree,cream,cardamom powder & whisk until well combined.
-In a ceramic bowls,add prepared mixture,spread evenly & cover with aluminium foil.
-In boiling water,place grill rack or steam rack & place pudding bowls,cover & steam cook on low flame for 25-30 minutes
-Let it cool at room temperature & refrigerate until chilled.
-Garnish with mango chunks,mint leaves & serve (makes 5-6).

-Bowl mein hung curd,condensed milk,mango puree,cream aur elaichi powder dal dein aur ache tarhan whisk ker lein.
-Ceramic bowls mein tayyar mixture dal ker evenly pheela lein aur aluminium foil sa cover ker lein.
-Boiling water mein grill rack or steam rack rakh ker pudding bowls rakh dein aur dhak ker halki ancch per 35-30 minutes kliya steam cook ker lein.
-Room temperature per thanda ker lein & thanda ho janay tak refrigerate ker lein.
-Mango chunks aur podina sa garnish ker ka serve karein (makes 5-6).
