Ingredients:
Prepare Cake:
- Maida (All-purpose flour) 1 & ½ Cup
- Baking powder 1 & ½ tsp
- Namak (Salt) ¼ tsp
- Baking soda ½ tsp
- Anday (Eggs) 5 (room temperature)
- Bareek cheeni (Caster Sugar) ¾ Cup
- Cooking oil ½ Cup
- Vanilla essence 1 tsp
Mango Milk Syrup:
- Aam (Mango) cubes 1 large
- Doodh (Milk) 1 & ½ Cup
- Condensed milk 2 tbs or to taste
- Olper’s Dairy Cream 200ml
- Olper’s Dairy Cream chilled
- Mango puree
- Aam (Mango) cubes
Directions:
Prepare Cake:
On a bowl,place a sifter,add all-purpose flour,baking powder,salt,baking soda,sift together & set aside.
In a bowl,add eggs,caster sugar & beat until fluffy (3 minutes).
Add cooking oil,vanilla essence & mix well.
Gradually add dry ingredients & fold until well combined with the help of spatula.
Grease 8” inch baking pan with cooking oil & lined with butter paper.
Pour prepared batter in baking pan & tap few times.
Bake in preheated oven at 160C for 40 minutes.
Let it cool for 10 minutes.
Take out cake from baking pan and remove butter paper.
Prepare Mango Milk Syrup:
In a blender jug,add mangoes & blend to puree mango (approx. ¾ Cup).
In a jug,add mango puree,milk,condensed milk,cream,whisk well & set aside.
Place the cake in a serving dish & poke holes all over the cake with the help of wooden skewer.
Slowly pour prepared mango milk syrup over the top of the cake,filling holes & refrigerate until chilled (4-5 hours).
Transfer cream and mango puree to a piping bag.
Garnish with cream,mango puree & mango cubes.
Refrigerate until chilled & serve!

Bowl mein anday aur bareek cheeni dal ker fluffy hunay tak beat ker lein (3 minutes).
Cooking oil aur vanilla essence dal ker ache tarhan mix ker lein.
Thora thora ker ka dry indigents shamil karein aur spatula ki madad sa ache tarhan fold ker lein.
8” inch baking pan ko cooking oil sa grease ker ka butter paper laga lein.
Tayyar batter ko baking pan mein dal ker few times tap ker lein.
Preheated oven mein 160C per 40 minutes kliya bake ker lein.
10 minutes kliya thanda ker lein.
Cake ko baking dish sa bahir nikal lein aur butter paper ko remove ker lein.
Prepare Mango Milk Syrup:
Blender mein aam dal dein aur blend ker ka puree tayyar ker lein (approx. ¾ Cup).
Jug mein aam ki puree,doodh,condensed milk aur cream dal ker ache tarhan whisk ker lein & side per rakh dein.
Cake ko serving dish mein rakh dein aur aur wooden skewer ki madad sa cake ko poke ker lein.
Tayyar mago milk syrup ko cake ka upper pour ker ka holes ko fill ker lein aur thanda hunay tak refrigerator mein thanda ker lein (4-5 hours).
Cream aur mango puree ko piping bag mein dal lein.
Cream,mango puree aur mango cubes sa garnish ker lein.
Refrigerator mein thanda ker lein & serve karein!
