Ingredients:
-Olper’s Tarrka Desi Ghee 1 tbs
-Badam (Almonds) sliced 2 tbs
-Pista (Pistachios) sliced 2 tbs
-Kishmish (Raisins) 2 tbs
-Olper’s Tarrka Desi Ghee ½ Cup
-Sooji (Semolina) 1 & ¼ Cup
-Water 2 Cups or as required
-Sugar ¾ Cup or to taste
-Aam (Mango) cubes 2 Cups
-Elaichi powder (Cardamom powder) ½ tsp
-Olper’s Tarrka Desi Ghee 1 tbs
Directions:
-In a wok,add desi ghee & let it melt.
-Add almonds,pistachios,raisins & fry for 2-3 minutes & set aside.
-In the same wok,add desi ghee & let it melt.
-Add semolina,mix well & cook on low flame for 14-15 minutes.
-Add water,sugar,mix well & cook on low flame until it leaves the sides of the pot (4-5 minutes) & mix continuously.
-In a blender jug,add mango,blend to make puree (approx. 1 & ½ Cup).
-Add prepared mango puree,mix well & cook on low flame for 12-15 minutes & mix continuously.
-Add half quantity of fried nuts (reserve half for garnishing),cardamom powder & mix well.
-Add desi ghee,mix well & cook on low flame for 4-5 minutes.
-Garnish with reserved fried nuts & serve!

-Blender jug mein aam dal din aur ache tarhan blend ker ka puree tayyar ker lein (approx. 1 & ½ Cup).
-Tayyar mango puree dal ker ache tarhan mix karein aur halki ancch per 12-15 minutes kliya paka lein & musalsal mix kertay rahein.
-Fried nuts ki half quantity (reserve half for garnishing) aur elaichi powder dal ker ache tarhan mix karein.
-Desi ghee dal ker ache tarhan mix karein aur 4-5 minutes kliya halki ancch per paka lein.
-Reserved fried nuts sa garnish ker ka serve karein!
