In blender,add mangoes and blend until pureed & set aside.
In saucepan,add sugar,water and mix well on low flame until sugar dissolves (don’t cover cook the mixture).
Add mango puree and mix well.
Add lemon zest,mix well and cook for 2-3 minutes.
Add lemon juice and mix well until thickens (approx. 15 minutes) and check by plate technique method.
Let it cool and store in a dry & clean airtight jar for up to 2 weeks in refrigerator.

Lemon juice dal dein aur garha hunay tak ache tarhan mix kertay rahein (approx. 15 minutes) & plate technique method sa check ker lein.
Thanda ker lein aur dry & clean airtight jar mein dal ker 2 weeks kliya refrigerate mein store ker saktay han.
