In a blender jug,add mangoes & blend to make puree.
In a saucepan,add mango puree,mix well & cook on low flame for a minute.
Add sugar,mix well & cook on low flame until sugar melts (2-3 minutes) & set aside.
In a grinder,add soaked rice,grind coarsely & set aside.
In a wok,add milk & bring it to boil and cook on medium flame for 4-5 minutes.
Add coarsely ground rice,mix well & cook on low flame until it thickens (12-15 minutes) and keep mixing in between.
Turn off the flame,add prepared mango puree & mix well.
Turn on the flame,add cardamom powder,pistachios and almonds,mix well & cook on low flame until it thickens to desired consistency (3-4 minutes).
Turn off the flame,addd cream & mix well.
Turn on the flame & cook on low flame for 2 minutes.
Garnish with mango,mixed nuts,cherry & serve chilled.

Coarsely ground chawal dal ker ache tarhan mix karein aur halki ancch per garha ho janay tak paka lein (12-15 minutes) aur bech bech mein chamcha chalatay rahien.
Chulha bund ker dein aur tayyar mango puree dal ker ache tarhan mix ker lein.
Chulha on karein,elaichi powder,pista aur badam dal ker ache tarhan mix karein aur halki ancch per garha aur desired consistency anay tak paka lein (3-4 minutes).
Chulha bund ker dein aur cream dal ker ache tarhan mix ker lein.
Chulha on karein aur halki ancch per 2 minutes kliya paka lein,
