Ingredients:
Prepare White Chocolate Ganache:
-White chocolate chopped 100g
-Cream 2-3 tbs
Prepare Mango Mousse:
-Whipping cream ½ Cup
-Mango puree ½ Cup
Prepare Mango Jelly:
-Water 1 Cup
-Mango jelly 2 tbs
-Agar Agar powder/Gelatin powder ½ tsp
-Sugar ½ tbs
Assembling:
-Plain sponge cake 1 pound
-Mango juice 3-4 tbs
-Aam (Mango) 1-2 medium
Directions:
Prepare White Chocolate Ganache:
-In a bowl,add white chocolate,cream,mix well & microwave for a minute then mix well until smooth & transfer to a piping bag & set aside.
Prepare Mango Mousse:
-In a bowl,add whipping cream & beat well.
-Add mango puree & beat until stiff peaks form,transfer to a piping bag & set aside.
Prepare Mango Jelly:
-In a saucepan,add water,mango jelly powder,agar agar powder/gelatin powder,sugar,mix well & cook on medium flame for a minute.
-Let it cool until slightly warm.
Assembling:
-Trim cake as per cake tin size with the help of a round cutter (6.5” cake tin).
-Place the cake in the bottom of tin box,add mango juice & let it soak for 5 minutes (layer 1).
-Pipe out prepared mango mousse on the cake & spread evenly (layer 2).
-Pipe out a thin layer of mango puree & spread evenly (layer 3).
-Pipe out a thin layer of prepared white chocolate ganache (layer 4).
-Cut very thin slices of whole mango,make flowers & decorate the flowers on top of white chocolate ganache.
-Pour slightly warm prepared mango jelly & refrigerate until set.
-Serve chilled!

-Bowl mein whipping cream dal ker beat ker lein.
-Mango puree dal dein aur stiff peaks form ho janay tak ache tarhan beat ker lein phir piping bag mein dal ker side per rakh dein.
Prepare Mango Jelly:
-Saucepan mein pani,mango jelly,agar agar powder/gelatin powder aur cheeni dal ker ache tarhan mix karein aur darmiyani ancch per ek minute kliya paka lein.
-Slightly warm ho janay tak thanda ker lein.
Assembling:
-Cake ko round cutter ki madad sa cut ker lein (6.5” cake tin).
-Tin mein cake rakh dein aur mango juice dal ker 5 minutes kliya soak ker lein (layer 1).
-Tayyar mango mousse dal ker evenly pheela lein (layer 2).
-Mango puree (layer 3) ki thin layer laga ker evenly pheela lein.
-Tayyar white chocolate ganache ki layer laga lein (layer 4).
-Whole mango ka thin slices cut ker lein aur flowers bana lein aur flowers ko white chocolate ganache ka upper rakh dein.
-Slightly warm tayyar mango jelly ko pour ker lein aur set ho janay tak refrigerate ker lein.
-Thanda serve karein!
