Ingredients:
Prepare Mango Compote:
-Aam (Mango) small cubes 400g
-Sugar 6 tbs
-Lemon juice 1 tbs
Prepare Cheesecake with Homemade Cream Cheese:
-Olper’s milk 1 litre & ½ Cup
-Lemon juice 2 & ½ tbs
-Namak (Salt) ¼ tsp
-Makhan (Butter) unsalted 50g
-Olper’s cream 2 tbs (room temperature)
-Olper’s cream chilled 200ml
-Prepared cream cheese 150g
-Sugar powdered 6 tbs
-Lemon juice 1 tbs
-Mango essence ½ tsp
Prepare Biscuit Layer:
-Biscuits of your choice 140g
-Makhan (Butter) melted 60g
-Badam (Almonds) chopped 2 tbs
Directions:
Prepare Mango Compote:
-In a frying pan,add mango,sugar,lemon juice,mix well & cook on medium flame until sugar melts & it thickens (2 minutes) & let it cool.
Prepare Cheesecake with Homemade Cream Cheese:
-In a wok,add milk & bring it to boil.
-Add lemon juice,mix well & cook on low flame until curdle and keep stirring in between (the milk should have separated into clumps of milky white curds and thin, watery, yellow-colored whey).
-Set a strainer over a bowl,place muslin cloth & pour the curdle mixture through the strainer to separate whey & let it drain for 15 minutes.
-In a chopper,add cheese,salt & chop well.
-Add butter,cream & chop until well combined.Homemade cream cheese is ready! (Yield: 300g)
-Homemade cream cheese can be stored in an airtight container for up to 1 week in refrigerator.
-On a large bowl,add ice cubes & place another bowl on it.
-Add cream & beat until soft peaks form.
-Add prepared cream cheese,sugar,lemon juice,mango essence,beat until well combined & transfer to a piping bag.
Prepare Biscuit Layer:
-In a chopper,add biscuits & chop well.
-Add butter & chop until well combined.
-Add almonds,mix well & set aside.
Assembling:
-In a small jar,add cheesecake,crushed biscuits,mango compote,cheesecake & garnish with mango compote,chocolate & serve chilled (makes 6).

-Karahi mein doodh dal ker ubal lein.
-Lemon juice dal ker ache tarhan mix karein aur halki ancch per curdle hunay taka paka lein aur bech bech mein chamcha chalatay rahien.
-Bowl per strainer rakh ker malmal ka kapra rakh dein aur curdle mixture ko pour ker ka whey ko alag ker lein aur 15 minutes kliya drain ker lein.
-Chopper mein cheese aur namak dal ker ache tarhan chop ker lein.
-Makhan aur cream dal ker ache tarhan chop ker lein.Homemade cream cheese tayyar hai (Yield: 300g).
-Homemade cream cheese airtight container mein dal ker 1 week kliya refrigerator mein store ker saktay han.
-Baday bowl mein ice cubes dal ker upper ek aur bowl rakh dein.
-Cream dal dein aur soft peaks form ho janay tak ache tarhan beat ker lein.
-Tayayr cream cheese,cheeni,lemon juice,mango essence & dal ker ache tarhan beat ker lein aur piping bag mein transfer ker lein.
Prepare Biscuit Layer:
-Chopper mein biscuits dal ker ache tarhan chop ker lein.
-Makhan dal ker ache tarhan chop ker lein.
-Badam dal ker ache tarhan mix karein & side per rakh dein.
Assembling:
-Small jar mein cheesecake,crushed biscuits,mango compote & cheesecake filling dal dein,mango compote aur chocolate sa garnish ker ka thanda serve karein (makes 6).
