Ingredients:
-Tamatar (Tomatoes) 3 medium
-Dahi (Yogurt) 1 Cup (room temperature)
-Cream 2 tbs
-Lal mirch powder (Red chilli powder) ½ tbs or to taste
-Dhania powder (Coriander powder) 1 tbs
-Haldi powder (Turmeric powder) ½ tsp
-Cooking oil 1/3 Cup
-Zeera (Cumin seeds) 2 tsp
-Tez patta (Bay leaf) 1
-Tinday (Round gourd) 1 kg (cut in small pieces)
-Pyaz (Onion) sliced 1 large
-Adrak (Ginger) crushed 1 tbs
-Lehsan (Garlic) crushed 1 tbs
-Hari mirch (Green chillies) 4-5
-Namak (Salt) 1 tsp or to taste
-Hara dhania (Fresh coriander) chopped 2 tbs
-Kali mirch (Black pepper) crushed ½ tsp
-Kasuri methi (Dried fenugreek leaves) 1 tsp
-Hara dhania (Fresh coriander) chopped
-Hari mirch (Green chilli) sliced
Directions:
-In a chopper,add tomatoes,chop well & set aside.
-In a bowl,add yogurt,cream,red chilli powder,coriander powder,turmeric powder,whisk well & set aside.
-In a wok,add cooking oil,cumin seeds,bay leaf & mix well.
-Add round gourd,onion,mix well & cook on medium flame for 1-2 minutes.
-Add ginger,garlic,green chillies,salt,mix well & cook for 6-8 minutes.
-Add pureed tomatoes,mix well & cook on medium flame until oil separates (6-8 minutes).
-Now add prepared yogurt mixture,mix well & cook on low flame for 4-5 minutes.
-Add fresh coriander & mix well.
-Add black pepper crushed,dried fenugreek leaves & mix well,cover & cook on low flame until tender (18-20 minutes).
-Add fresh coriander & green chilli.
-Garnish with fresh coriander,green chilli & serve!

-Bowl mein dahi,cream,lal mirch powder,dhania powder aur haldi powder dal ker ache tarhan whisk ker lein & side per rakh dein.
-Krahai mein cooking oil,zeera aur tez patta dal ker ache tarhan mix ker lein.
-Tinday aur pyaz dal ker ache tarhan mix karein aur darmiyani ancch per 1-2 minutes kliya paka lein.
-Adrak,lehsan,hari mirchein aur namak dal ker ache tarhan mix karein aur 6-8 minutes kliya paka lein.
-Pureed tamatar dal ker ache tarhan mix karein aur darmiyani ancch per oil alag ho janay tak paka lein (6-8 minutes).
-Ab tayyar yogurt mixture dal ker ache tarhan mix karein aur halki ancch per 4-5 minutes kliya paka lein.
-Hara dhania dal ker ache tarhan mix karein.
-Kali mirch crushed aur kasuri methi dal ker ache tarhan mix karein aur dhak ker halki ancch per tinday gul janay tak paka lein (18-20 minutes).
-Hara dhania aur hari mirchein dal dein.
-Hara dhania aur hari mirch sa garnish ker ka serve karein!
