Ingredients:
-Chawal (Rice) basmati ½ Cup (washed)
-Olper’s Milk warm 1 Cup
-Olper’s Milk 5-6 Cups
-Sugar ¾ Cup or to taste
-Elaichi powder (Cardamom powder) ½ tsp
-Badam (Almonds) sliced 1 & ½ tbs
-Pista (Pistachios) sliced 1 & ½ tbs
-Olper’s Cream ¾ Cup
-Badam (Almonds) sliced
-Pista (Pistachios) sliced
-Dried roses
Directions:
-In a grinder,add rice & grind coarsely.
-Take out in a bowl,add warm milk & mix well,cover & soak for 30 minutes.
-In a pot,add milk,bring it to boil & keep stirring in between.
-Add soaked rice mixture,mix well & cook on low flame until it thickens (25-30 minutes) & stir occasionally then mash well with the help of masher.
-Add sugar,cardamom powder,almonds,pistachios,mix well & cook until sugar is dissolved (1-2 minutes).
-Turn off the flame,add cream,mix well & cook on low flame until desired consistency (2-3 minutes).
-Garnish with almonds,pistachios & dried roses.
-Serve chilled!

-Pot mein doodh dal ker ubal lein aur bech bech mein chamcha chalatay rahein.
-Soaked rice mixture dal ker ache tarhan mix karein aur halki ancch per garha ho janay tak paka lein (25-30 minutes) aur bech bech mein chamcha chalatay rahein phir masher ki madad sa ache tarhan mash ker lein.
-Cheeni,elaichi powder,badam aur pista dal ker ache tarhan mix karein aur cheeni ghul janay tak paka lein (1-2 minutes).
-Chulha bund ker dein aur cream dal ker ache tarhan mix karein aur halki ancch per desired consistency (2-3 minutes) ajanay tak paka lein.
-Badam,pista aur dried roses sa garnish ker lein.
-Thanda serve karein!
