Ingredients:

- Pyaz (Onion) 2 medium (grated & squeeze excess water with onion)
- Beef boneless ½ kg
- Olper’s Dairy Cream 2 tbs
- Kacha papita (Raw papaya) paste 1 & ½ tbs
- Cheddar cheese grated 2-3 tbs
- Zeera (Cumin seeds) roasted & crushed 1 tbs
- Lal mirch powder (Red chilli powder) 1 tsp or to taste
- Garam masala powder 1 tsp
- Sabut dhania (Coriander seeds) roasted & crushed 1 tbs
- Namak (Salt) 1 tsp or to taste
- Khopra (Desiccated coconut) 2 tbs
- Cooking oil 2 tbs
- yaz (Onion) sliced 1 large
- Shimla mirch (Capsicum) julienne 1 large
- Cooking oil 2-3 tbs

- Lal mirch powder (Red chilli powder) ½ tsp or to taste
- Garam masala powder ½ tsp
- Namak (Salt) ½ tsp or to taste
- Khopra (Desiccated coconut) 2 tbs
- Olper’s Dairy Cream ¾ Cup
- Doodh (Milk) 1 Cup
- Cheddar cheese grated ½ Cup
- Hara dhania (Fresh coriander) chopped
- Hari mirch (Green chilli) sliced 1-2
- Adrak (Ginger) julienne
Directions:
In a chopper,add green chillies,garlic,ginger,mint leaves,fresh coriander,onion & chop well.
Add beef,cream,raw papaya paste,cheddar cheese,cumin seeds,red chilli powder,garam masala powder,coriander seeds,salt,desiccated coconut & chop until well combined,cover & marinate for 30 minutes.
With the help of wet hand,take a small quantity of mixture (35g),make a ball and thread on wooden skewer to make a kabab shape (makes 20-22).
In a wok,add cooking oil,onion,capsicum and stir fry on high flame for a minute & set aside.
In the same wok,add cooking oil & fry kababs on medium flame from all sides until golden brown & set aside.
In the same wok,add cooking oil,butter & let it melt.
Add garlic & mix well.
Add green chilli & sauté for a minute.
Add cumin seeds,black pepper powder,red chilli powder,garam masala powder,salt,desiccated coconut & mix well.
On low flame,add cream and mix well.
Add milk,whisk well & cook for 3-4 minutes.
Add cheddar cheese,mix well and cook until cheese melts.
Now add cooked kababs,stir fried vegetables and mix well,cover & cook on low flame until oil separates (4-5 minutes).
Add fresh coriander,green chilli & ginger.
Garnish with fresh coriander,green chilli,ginger & serve!

Beef,cream,kacha papita paste,cheddar cheese,zeera,lal mirch powder,garam masala powder,dhania powder,namak aur khopra dal ker ache tarhan chop ker lein aur dhak ker 30 minutes kliya marinate ker lein.
Geelay haath ki madad sa mixture ki small quantity lein (35g) aur ball bana lein aur wooden skewer per laga ker kabab ki shape bana lein (makes 20-22).
Karahi mein cooking oil,pyaz aur shimla mirch dal dein aur tez ancch per ek minute kliya stir fry ker lein & side per rakh dein.
Us he karahi mein cooking oil dal dein aur kabab ko darmiyani ancch per tamam sides sa golden brown hunay tak fry ker lein & side per rakh dein.
Us he karahi mein cooking oil aur makhan dal ker melt ker lein.
Lehsan dal ker ache tarhan mix karein.
Hari mirch dal ker ek minute kliya sauté ker lein.
Zeera,kali mirch powder,lal mirch powder,garam masala powder,namak aur khopra dal ker ache tarhan mix karein.
Halki ancch per cream dal ker ache tarhan mix ker lein.
Doodh dal ker ache tarhan mix karein aur 3-4 minutes kliya paka lein.
Cheddar cheese dal ker ache tarhan mix karein aur cheese melt ho janay tak paka lein.
Ab cooked kabab aur stir fried vegetables dal ker dal ker ache tarhan mix karein aur dhak ker halki ancch per oil alag ho janay tak paka lein (4-5 minutes).
Hara dhania,hari mirch aur adrak dal dein.
