Ingredients:
Prepare Malai Chicken Qeema Filling:
-Cooking oil 1 tbs
-Chicken qeema (Mince) 350g
-Adrak lehsan paste (Ginger garlic paste) ½ tbs
-Hari mirch (Green chilli) crushed 2 tsp
-Dhania powder (Coriander powder) ½ tbs
-Himalayan pink salt ½ tsp or to taste
-Kali mirch powder (Black pepper powder) ½ tsp
-Garam masala powder ¼ tsp
-Safed mirch powder (White pepper powder) ¼ tsp
-Zeera powder (Cumin powder) 1 tsp
-Lemon juice ½ tbs
-Olper’s Cream ½ Cup (room temperature)
-Bread slices as required
-Maida (All-purpose flour) 1 tbs
-Water 2 tbs or as required
-Pyaz (Onion) chopped
-Breadcrumbs as required
-Cooking oil for frying
Prepare Creamy Sauce:
-Cooking oil 2 tbs
-Lehsan (Garlic) chopped 1 tsp
-Maida (All-purpose flour) 1 & ½ tbs
-Water ½ Cup
-Chicken powder ½ tsp
-Kali mirch powder (Black pepper powder) ¼ tsp
-Himalayan pink salt ½ tsp or to taste
-Lal mirch (Red chilli) crushed ½ tsp
-Dried parsley 1 tsp
-Mustard paste 1 tsp
-Olper’s Cream ½ Cup (room temperature)
-Hara dhania (Fresh coriander) chopped
Directions:
Prepare Malai Chicken Qeema Filling:
-In a frying pan,add cooking oil,chicken mince & mix well until it changes color.
-Add ginger garlic paste,green chilli,mix well & cook for 2-3 minutes.
-Add coriander powder,pink salt,black pepper powder,garam masala powder,white pepper powder, cumin powder,lemon juice,mix well & cook on medium flame for 2-3 minutes.
-On low flame,add cream,mix well & set aside.
-Trim two bread edges & roll out with the help of rolling pin.
-In a bowl,add all-purpose flour,water & mix well.
-Apply flour slurry on the one end of bread slice with the help of brush than press & stick the bread slice together.
-Add & spread prepared filling on bread slice,onion & roll up.
-Applying flour slurry & seal properly.
-Apply flour slurry on the outer part of bread & sprinkle breadcrumbs on it.
-In a frying pan,heat cooking oil & shallow fry from all sides until golden.
Prepare Creamy Sauce:
-In a sauce pan,add cooking oil,garlic & sauté until golden.
-Add all-purpose flour & mix well.
-Add water & mix well.
-Add chicken powder,black pepper powder,pink salt,red chilli crushed,dried parsley,mustard paste,mix well & cook on medium flame until it thickens.
-Turn off the flame,add cream & mix well.
-Turn on the flame & cook on low flame for a minute.
-Cut prepared malai chicken roll ups & drizzle prepared creamy sauce,sprinkle fresh coriander & serve (makes 4-5).

-Frying pan mein cooking oil aur chicken qeema dal dein aur rang tabdeel ho janay tak ache tarhan mix ker lein.
-Adrak lehsan paste aur hari mirch dal ker ache tarhan mix karein aur 2-3 minutes kliya paka lein.
-Dhania powder,pink salt,kali mirch powder,garam masala powder,safed mirch powder,zeera powder aur lemon juice dal ker ache tarhan mix karein aur darmiyani ancch per 2-3 minutes kliya paka lein.
-Halki ancch per cream dal ker ache tarhan mix karein & side per rakh dein.
-Do bread ka edges ko trim ker ka rolling pin ki madad sa bail lein.
-Bowl mein maida aur pani dal ker ache mix ker lein.
-Bread slice ki ek side per flour slurry laga lein aur press ker ka dosray bread slice ko stick ker lein.
-Tayyar filling aur pyaz dal ker roll up ker lein.
-Flour slurry laga lein aur properly seal ker lein.
-Flour slurry ko bread ka upper laga lein aur breadcrumbs ko sprinkle ker lein.
-Frying pan mein cooking oil ko garam karein aur tamam sides sa golden ho janay tak shallow fry ker lein.
Prepare Creamy Sauce:
-Saucepan mein cooking oil aur lehsan dal ker golden ho janay tak sauté ker lein.
-Maida dal ker ache tarhan mix karein.
-Pani dal ker ache tarhan mix ker lein.
-Chicken powder,kali mirch powder,lal mirch crushed,dried parsley aur mustard paste dal ker ache tarhan mix karein aur darmiyani ancch per garha ho janay tak paka lein.
-Chulha bund ker dein aur cream dal ker ache tarhan mix karein.
-Chulha on karein aur halki ancch per ek minute kliya paka lein.
-Tayyar prepared malai chicken roll ups ko cut ker lein,tayyar creamy sauce aur hara dhania dal ker serve karein (makes 4-5).
