Ingredients:
- Chicken boneless cubes ½ kg
- Sirka (Vinegar) 3 tbs
- Adrak lehsan paste (Ginger garlic paste) 1 & ½ tbs
- Hari mirch (Green chilli) paste 1 tbs
- Namak (Salt) 1 tsp or to taste
- Zeera (Cumin seeds) roasted & crushed 1 tsp
- Dhania powder (Coriander powder) 1 tsp
- Kali mirch powder (Black pepper powder) ½ tsp
- Dried milk powder 2 tbs
- Maida (All-purpose flour) 1 & ½ tbs
- Safed mirch powder (White pepper powder) 1 tsp
- Olper’s dairy cream ¼ Cup
- Koyla (Charcoal) for smoke
- Cooking oil 2 tbs
- Makhan (Butter) 2 tbs
- Lehsan (Garlic) chopped 1 & ½ tbs
- Maida (All-purpose flour) 1 & ½ tbs
- Lal mirch (Red chilli) crushed 1 tsp
- Kali mirch (Black pepper) crushed 1 tsp
- Namak (Salt) ½ tsp or to taste
- Doodh (Milk) 1 Cup
- Olpers dairy cream ½ Cup
- Cheddar cheese grated ½ Cup
- Hara dhania (Fresh coriander) chopped 1 tbs
Assembling:
- Paratha
- Prepared cream & cheese sauce
- Prepared chicken malai boti
- Pyaz (Onion) sliced
Directions:
In a bowl,add chicken boneless cubes,vinegar and mix well,cover and marinate for 15 minutes.
Strain,pat dry and transfer in another bowl.
Add ginger garlic paste,green chilli paste,salt,cumin seeds,coriander powder,black pepper powder,dried milk powder,all-purpose flour,white pepper powder,cream and mix well for 4-5 minutes,cover and marinate for 1 hour.
Give coal smoke for 2 minutes.
Thread marinated chicken cubes on wooden skewers.
On griddle,add cooking oil and fry chicken skewers on medium low flame from all sides until golden brown,cover & turn sides in between (approx. 10-12 minutes).
Prepare Creamy White Sauce:
In a sauce pan,add butter and let it melt.
Add garlic and mix well.
Add all-purpose flour and mix well for 1 minute.
Add red chilli crushed,black pepper crushed,salt and mix well.
Add milk,whisk well and bring it to boil,whisk continuously and cook for 1-2 minutes.
-Add cream and whisk well.
Add cheddar cheese and fresh coriander,whisk continuously and cook until desire consistency. -Let it cool.
(If sauce gets thick,add more milk and whisk well).
Assembling:
On paratha,add prepared creamy white sauce,chicken malai boti,onion,creamy white sauce, fold to make a roll,wrap in butter paper & serve! (Makes 4).

- Pyaz (Onion) sliced
Directions:
Bowl mein chicken boneless cubes aur sirka dal ker ache tarhan mix karein aur 15 minutes kliya marinate ker lein.
Strain ker ka pat dry ker lein aura lag bowl mein dal dein.
Adrak lehsan paste,hari mirch paste,namak,zeera,dhania powder,kali mirch powder,dried milk powder,maida,safed mirch powder aur cream dal dein aur 4-5 minutes kliya ache tarhan mix karein aur dhak ker 1 hour kliya marinate ker lein.
2 minutes kliya koyla ka dhuwan dein.
Marinated chicken cubes ko wooden skewers per laga lein.
Tawa per cooking oil dal dein aur chicken skewers ko darmiyani halki ancch per tamam sides sa golden brown hunay tak fry ker lein,dhak dein aur bech bech mein sides change kertay rahein (approx. 10-12 minutes).
Prepare Creamy White Sauce:
Sauce mein makhan dal ker melt ker lein.
Lehsan dal ker ache tarhan mix karein.
Maida dal dein aur ek minute kliya ache tarhan mix ker lein.
Lal mirch crushed,kali mirch crushed aur namak dal ker ache tarhan mix karein.
Doodh dal ker ache tarhan whisk ker kein aur ubal anay ka bad 1-2 minutes kliya paka lein aur musalsal whisk kertay rahein.
Cream shamil karein aur ache tarhan whisk ker lein.
Cheddar cheese aur hara dhania dal ker musalsal whisk kertay rahein aur desire consistency anay tak paka lein.
Thanda ker lein.
(Agar sauce ziyada garha ho jaye tou doodh dal ker ache tarhan whisk ker lein).
Assembling:
Paratha per tayyar creamy white sauce,chicken malai boti,pyaz aur creamy white sauce dal dein aur roll ki tarhan fold karein aur butter paper mein wrap ker ka serve karein! (Makes 4).
