Ingredients:
-Dahi (Yogurt) 3 tbs
-Cream 2 tbs
-Adrak lehsan paste (Ginger garlic paste) ½ tbs
-Hari mirch (Green chilli) paste ½ tbs
-Kali mirch powder (Black pepper powder) ½ tsp
-Elaichi powder (Cardamom powder) ¼ tsp
-Namak (Salt) ½ tsp or to taste
-Safed mirch powder (White pepper powder) ¼ tsp
-Chaat masala ½ tsp
-Pyaz (Onion) grated 1 small
-Cheddar cheese grated 3 tbs
-Makhan (Butter) melted 1 tbs
-Boneless chicken small cubes 350g
-Non-stick spray
-Pyaz (Onion) rings
-Lemon slices
-Hara dhania (Fresh coriander) chopped
Directions:
-In a bowl,add yogurt,cream,ginger garlic paste,green chilli paste,black pepper powder,cardamom powder,salt,white pepper powder,chaat masala & whisk well.
-Add grated onion & mix well.
-Add cheddar cheese,butter & mix well.
-Add chicken & mix well,cover & marinate for 30 minutes.
-In air fryer basket,place butter paper,spray non-stick spray and add marinated chicken.
Steps For Air Frying:
Step # 1:
-Air fry chicken malai boti at 180C for 10 minutes.
Step # 2:
-Turn sides
Step # 3:
-Continue air frying for 10-12 minutes or until done.
-Can be cooked in a pan until done (12-15 minutes).
-Garnish with onion rings,lemon,fresh coriander & serve!

-Bowl mein dahi,cream,adrak lehsan paste,hari mirch paste,kali mirch powder,elaichi powder,namak,safed mirch powder aur chaat masala dal ker ache tarhan whisk ker lein.
-Grated pyaz dal ker ache tarhan mix karein.
-Cheddar cheese aur makhan dal ker ache tarhan mix ker lein.
-Chicken dal ker ache tarhan mix karein aur 30 minutes kliya marinate ker lein.
-Air fryer basket mein butter paper laga ker non-stick spray ker lein.
Steps For Air Frying:
Step # 1:
-Chicken malai boti ko 180C per 10 minutes kliya air fry ker lein.
Step # 2:
-Sides ko change ker lein.
Step # 3:
-10-12 minutes ya pak janay tak air frying ko continue ker lein.
-Pan mein bhi 12-15 minutes kliya paka saktay han.
-Pyaz rings,lemon aur hara dhania sa garnish ker ka serve karein!
