Ingredients:
-Nurpur Butter salted 2-3 tbs
-Paneer (Cottage cheese) large cubes 350g
-Salty water warm (mix 2 tsp salt in 2-3 cups water)
-Pyaz (Onion) sliced 1 large
-Tamatar (Tomato) sliced 1 medium
-Kaju (Cashew nuts) 15-16
-Adrak (Ginger) chopped 1 tbs
-Dahi (Yogurt) ¾ Cup
-Cooking oil 2 tbs
-Nurpur Butter salted 2-3 tbs
-Zeera (Cumin seeds) 1 tsp
-Lehsan (Garlic) crushed 1 tbs
-Hari mirch (Green chilli) paste 1 tbs
-Lal mirch powder (Red chilli powder) 1 tsp or to taste
-Himalayan pink salt 1 tsp or to taste
-Garam masala powder ½ tsp
-Haldi powder (Turmeric powder) ¼ tsp
-Dhania powder (Coriander powder) 1 tsp
-Methi (Fresh fenugreek leaves) chopped 60g
-Water 1 Cup or as required
-Cream ½ Cup
-Hara dhania (Fresh coriander) chopped 1-2 tbs
-Hari mirch (Green chilli) sliced
-Hara dhania (Fresh coriander) chopped

Directions:
-In a frying pan,add butter & let it melt.
-Add cottage cheese cubes,mix well & fry on medium flame from all sides until golden.
-In salty water,add fried cottage cheese cubes & let it soak for 5-6 minutes only then strain & set aside.

-This helps it to stay sift & prevent it from becoming chewy.-In the same frying pan,add onion & sauté for 1-2 minutes.
-Add tomato,cashew nuts,ginger & mix well,cover & cook on low flame for 6-8 minutes then mix well & let it cool.
-In a blender jar,add cooked mixture,yogurt,blend well & set aside.
-In a frying pan,add cooking oil,butter & let it melt.
-Add cumin seeds,garlic & sauté for a minute.
-Add green chilli paste & mix well.
-Now add blended paste & mix well.
-Add red chilli powder,pink salt,garam masala powder,turmeric powder,coriander powder,mix well & cook on medium flame for 2-3 minutes.
-Add fresh fenugreek leaves & mix well.
-Add water & mix well,cover & cook on low flame for 8-10 minutes.
-Turn off the flame,add cream & mix well,turn on the flame,cover & cook on low flame for 4-5 minutes.
-Add fried cheese cubes & give it a good mix.
-Add fresh coriander & mix well.
-Garnish with green chilli,fresh coriander & serve!
