Ingredients:
Prepare Dough:
- Atta (Flour) sifted 2 Cups
- Namak (Salt) 1 tsp
- Ghee ¼ Cup
- Pani (Water) warm ½ Cup or as required
- Oil
- Atta (Flour)
- Oil for frying
Directions:
Prepare Dough:
In bowl,add flour,salt,ghee and mix well.
Gradually add water and knead until dough is formed,cover and let it rest for 30 minutes.
Knead dough again with water,grease working surface with oil and divide the dough into four equal portions.
Option 1: Freeze Parathas:
Take a small dough and make a ball and roll out dough with the help of rolling pin.
Apply oil,sprinkle flour and cut the entire dough with the help of the cutter into 1 inch strips and roll it like a swiss roll,now place this roll over the another strip and roll it again like a swiss roll (peera).
Coat in dry flour and roll out with the help of rolling pin.
Place thick plastic sheet and rolled dough,apply oil and wrap with another thick plastic sheet,apply oil and place another rolled dough and brush oil,cover with another thick plastic sheet.
Can be freeze in zip lock bag for up to 2 weeks.
Heat griddle and fry paratha from both sides with oil.
Option 2: Store Half-done Parathas:
Heat griddle,place rolled dough and cook for 30 seconds (each side) then set aside and let it cool.
Place thick plastic sheet and rolled dough and wrap with another thick plastic sheet,place another rolled dough and cover with another thick plastic sheet.
Can be freeze in zip lock bag for up to 2 weeks.
Heat griddle and fry paratha from both sides with oil.
Option 3: How to Store Dough Balls?
Take a small dough,make a ball and roll out dough with the help of rolling pin.
Apply oil,sprinkle flour and cut from the center,roll it and again make a peera (small ball like dough).
Can be freeze in zip lock bag for up to 2 weeks and keep in refrigerator for 6-8 hours before using.
Grease your hands with oil,take a dough and coat in dry flour and roll out dough with the help of rolling pin.
Heat griddle and fry paratha from both sides with oil.

Oil laga ker atta chirak dein aur puray dough ko cutter ki madad sa 1 inch strips mein cut ker lein aur swiss roll ki tarhan roll ker lein,phir is roll ko dosri strip per rakh ker swiss roll (peera) ki tarhan roll ker lein.
Atta mein coat ker lein aur rolling pin ki madad sa bail lein.
Thick plastic sheet rakh ker rolled dough rakh dein aur oil laga lein aur dosri thick plastic sheet rakh ker oil laga lein aur ek aur rolled dough rakh dein,oil laga ker ek aur thick plastic sheet laga lein.
Zip lock bag mein rakh ker 2 weeks tak freeze ker saktay han.
Tawa garam karein aur paratha ko dono sides sa oil mein fry ker lein.
Option 2: Store Half-done Parathas:
Tawa garam karein aur rolled dough rakh dein aur ek side ko 30 seconds kliya paka lein aur thanda ker lein.
Thick plastic sheet rakh ker rolled dough rakh dein,ek aur thick plastic sheet rakh ker rolled dough rakh dein aur thick plastic sheet sa cover ker lein.
Zip lock bag mein rakh ker 2 weeks tak freeze ker saktay han.
Tawa garam karein aur paratha ko dono sides sa oil mein fry ker lein.
Option 3: How to Store Dough Balls?
Chota dough lein aur ball bana lein aur rolling pin ki madad sa bail lein.
Oil laga ker atta chirak dein aur center sa cut ker lein,roll ker ka peera (small ball like dough) bana lein.
Zip lock bag mein rakh ker 2 weeks tak freeze ker saktay han aur istamal kerna sa pehlay 6-8 hours kliya refrigerator mein rakh dein.
Haathon ko il sa greased karein aur dough la ker maida mein coat karein aur rolling pin ki madad sa bail lein.
Tawa garam karein aur paratha ko dono sides sa oil mein fry ker lein.
