Ingredients:
Prepare Dough:
-Maida (All-purpose flour) sifted 2 & ½ Cups
-Sooji (Semolina) ½ Cup
-Dried oregano 1 & ½ tsp
-Namak (Salt) 1 & ½ tsp
-Ghee 2-3 tbs
-Warm water 1 & ¼ Cup or as required
Prepare Chicken Filling:
-Cooking oil 2-3 tbs
-Chicken qeema (Mince) 400g
-Adrak lehsan paste (Ginger garlic paste) 1 tsp
-Chicken tikka masala 2 tbs
-Dried oregano 1 & ½ tsp
-Lal mirch (Red chilli) crushed 1 tsp
-Lemon juice 1 & ½ tbs
-Water ¼ Cup or as required
-Pizza sauce 4 tbs
-Tamatar (Tomato) deseeded & chopped ½ Cup
-Pyaz (Onion) chopped ½ Cup
-Shimla mirch (Capsicum) chopped ½ Cup
-Black olives sliced 3 tbs
-Cheddar cheese grated
-Mozzarella cheese grated
-Cooking oil for frying
Directions:
Prepare Dough:
-In a bowl,add all-purpose flour,semolina,dried oregano,salt & mix well.
-Add ghee & mix well until it crumbles.
-Gradually add warm water & knead until dough is formed,cover & let it rest for 30 minutes.
Prepare Chicken Filling:
-In a frying pan,add cooking oil,chicken mince and mix well until it changes color.
-Add ginger garlic paste & mix well.
-Add chicken tikka masala,dried oregano,red chilli crushed,lemon juice & mix well.
-Add water & mix well,cover & cook on low flame for 8-10 minutes then cook on high flame for 1-2 minutes.
-Let it cool completely.
-Add pizza sauce,tomato,onion,capsicum,black olives,mix well & set aside.
-On a clean working surface,place dough,sprinkle dry flour & knead dough again until smooth.
-Take a small dough (65g),sprinkle dry flour & roll out with the help of rolling pin.
-On rolled dough,add prepared chicken filling,cheddar cheese,mozzarella cheese & apply water on the edges.
-Now fold from all sides,twist gently,seal the edges and make a round shape kachori (makes 12).
-In a wok,heat cooking oil (160C) & fry kachoris on low flame until golden & crispy.
-Serve with tomato ketchup!

-Ghee dal dein aur crumble hunay tak ache tarhan mix karein.
-Thora thora ker ka neem garam pani shamil karein aur ghond ker dough tayyar ker lein aur dhak ker 30 minutes kliya chor dein.
Prepare Chicken Filling:
-Frying pan mein cooking oil aur chicken qeema dal dein aur rang tabdeel hunay tak ache tarhan mix ker lein.
-Adrak lehsan paste dal ker ache tarhan mix ker lein.
-Chicken tikka masala,dried oregano,lal mirch crushed aur lemon juice dal ker ache tarhan mix ker lein.
-Pani dal ker ache tarhan mix karein aur dhak ker halki ancch per 8-10 minutes kliya paka lein phir tez ancch per 1-2 minutes kliya paka lein.
-Thanda ker lein.
-Pizza sauce,tamatar,pyaz,shimla mirch aur black olives dal ker ache tarhan mix ker lein & side per rakh dein.
-Clean working surface per dough rakh dein,miada chirak dein aur smooth hunay tak dough ko dubara ghond lein.
-Chota dough (65g) lein,maida chirak dein aur rolling pin ki madad sa bail lein.
-Rolled dough per tayyar chicken filling,cheddar cheese aur mozzarella cheese dal dein aur edges per pani laga lein.
-Ab tamam sides ko fold ker ka gently twist karein,edges ko seal ker ka round shape kachori tayyar ker lein (makes 12).
-Karahi mein cooking oil (160C) per garam karein aur halki ancch per kachori ko golden & crispy ho janay tak fry ker lein.
-Tomato ketchup ka saath serve karein!
