Ingredients:
- Cooking oil 2 tbs
- Lehsan (Garlic) chopped 1 tbs
- Chicken boneless cubes 300g
- Kali mirch (Black pepper) crushed ½ tsp
- Lal mirch powder (Red chili powder) 1 tsp or to taste
- Namak (Salt) 1/4 tsp or to taste
- Soy sauce 1 tsp
- Knorr chicken powder 1 tbs
- Corn kernels boiled 3-4 tbs
- Gajar (Carrots) chopped 3-4 tbs
- Shimla mirch (Capsicum) cubes 3-4 tbs
- Pyaz (Onion) chopped 1/4 Cup
- Black olives 3-4 tbs
- Dried parsley 1 tsp
- Makhan (Butter) 1 & ½ tbs
- Lehsan (Garlic) chopped 1 tbs

- Maida (All-purpose flour) 1 & ½ tbs
- Cream ½ Cup
- Pani (Water) 1 & ½ Cup
- Lal mirch (Red chilli) crushed ½ tsp
- Kali mirch powder (Black pepper powder) ½ tsp
- Namak (Salt) 1/4 tsp or to taste
- Knorr chicken powder 1 tbs
- Aloo (Potatoes) ½ kg
- Cooking oil
- Namak (Salt) to taste
- Makhan (Butter) 1 tbs
- Cheddar cheese shredded as required
- Jalapenos chopped
Directions:
In frying pan,add cooking oil,garlic and mix well.
Add chicken and mix well until changes color.
Add black pepper crushed,red chili powder,salt,soy sauce,mix well and cook for 2-3 minutes.
Add chicken powder and mix well.
Add corn kernels,carrots,capsicum,onion,black olives,dried parsley and sauté for 1 minute & set aside.
In saucepan,add butter and let it melt.
Add garlic,onion and mix well.
Add all-purpose flour and mix well.
Add cream and mix well.
Add water and whisk until smooth.
Add red chili crushed,black pepper powder,salt and whisk well.
Add chicken powder,whisk well and bring it to boil and cook until sauce thickens.
Prick potatoes with fork,rub cooking oil and salt all over the potato.
Bake in preheated oven at 180 C for 50 minutes to 1 hour.
After baking,slice the potato open lengthwise with the help of knife,fluff it with a spoon,add butter and cheddar cheese.
Heat sizzling plate,add butter and let it melt,place baked potato,cooked chicken filling,prepared sauce and jalapenos & serve!

Chicken dal dein aur rang tabdeel hunay tak ache tarhan mix ker lein.
Kali mirch crushed,lal mirch powder,namak, aur soy sauce dal ker ache tarhan mix karein aur 2-3 minutes kliya paka lein.
Chicken powder dal ker ache tarhan mix karein.
Corn kernels,gajar,shimla mirch,pyaz,black olives aur dried parsley dal ker ek minute kliya saute ker lein & side per rakh dein.
Saucepan mein makhan dal ker melt karein.
Lehsan aur pyaz dal ker ache tarhan mix ker lein.
Maida dal ker ache tarhan mix karein.
Cream dal ker ache tarhan mix ker lein.
Pani dal ker smooth hunay tak ache tarhan whisk karein.
Lal mirch crushed,kali mirch powder aur namak dal ker ache tarhan whisk ker lein.
Chicken powder dal ker ache tarhan whisk karein aur ubal anay ka bad sauce garha hunay tak paka lein.
Aloo ko knife ki madad sa prick karein aura loo per cooking oil aur namak laga lein.
Preheated oven mein 180 C per 50 minutes ya 1 hour kliya bake ker lein.
Baking ka bad aloo ko knife ki madad sa slice ker lein aur spoon sa mix karein,makhan aur cheddar cheese dal dein.
Garam sizzling plate mein makhan dal ker melt karein,baked potato,cooked chicken filling,tayyar sauce aur jalapenos dal ker serve karein!
