Prepare Lemon Mirch Tikka:
-Chicken tikka pieces 4 (approx. 1 kg)
-Dahi (Yogurt) 4 tbs
-Adrak lehsan paste (Ginger garlic paste) 1 & ½ tbs
-Lemon juice 3 tbs
-Hari mirch (Green chilli) paste 3 tbs
-Baisan (Gram flour) roasted 2 tbs
-Lal mirch (Red chilli) crushed 1 tsp
-Sabut dhania (Coriander seeds) crushed ½ tbs
-Namak (Salt) 1 tsp or to taste
-Garam masala powder 1 tsp
-Kali mirch powder (Black pepper powder) 1 tsp
-Zeera powder (Cumin powder) 1 & ½ tsp
-Water 3-4 Cups
-Kisan Sunflower Cooking oil for frying
Prepare Lemon Sauce:
-Namak (Salt) ½ tsp or to taste
-Kali mirch powder (Black pepper powder) ½ tsp
-Lemon zest 1 & ½ tsp
-Hari mirch (Green chillies) sliced 3-4
-Lal mirch (Red chillies) sliced 3-4
-Cornflour 1 & ½ tbs or as required
-Lemon juice 1 tbs
-Hara dhania (Fresh coriander) chopped
Directions:
Prepare Lemon Mirch Tikka:
-Make deep cuts on both sides of chicken pieces with the help of knife & set aside.
-In a bowl,add yogurt,ginger garlic paste,lemon juice,green chilli paste,gram flour,red chilli crushed, coriander seeds,salt,garam masala powder,black pepper powder,cumin powder & whisk well.
-Add chicken & coat properly,cover & marinate for 2 hours.
-In a steamer,add water & bring it to boil.
-Place steam rack & marinated chicken & apply remaining marinade with the help of brush,cover & cook on medium flame for 4-5 minutes then steam cook on low flame until tender (20-25 minutes).
-Turn off the flame,remove steam cooked chicken from steamer & reserve for later use.
-In a wok,add cooking oil and heat it.
-Add steamed cooked chicken tikka pieces & fry on medium flame from all sides until golden brown.
Prepare Lemon Sauce:
-In reserved masala stock (approx. 1 Cup),add remaining marinade & let it rest for 5 minutes.
-Add salt,black pepper powder,lemon zest,green chillies,red chillies,cornflour,lemon juice & whisk well.
-Turn on the flame & cook on medium flame until sauce thickens (2-3 minutes) & mix continuously.
-On chicken tikka pieces,pour prepared lemon sauce & garnish with fresh coriander & serve!

-Chicken pieces per knife ki madad sa dono sides per deep cuts laga lein & side per rakh dein.
-Bowl mein dahi,adrak lehsan paste,lemon juice,hari mirch paste,baisan,lal mirch crushed,sabut dhania,namak,garam masala powder,kali mirch powder aur zeera powder dal ker ache tarhan whisk ker lein.
-Chicken dal ker tarhan coat karein aur dhak ker 2 hours kliya marinate ker lein.
-Streamer mein pani dal ker ubal lein.
-Steam rack rakh ker marinated chicken rakh dein aur brush ki madad sa remaining marinade laga lein aur dhak ker darmiyani ancch per 4-5 minutes kliya paka lein phir halki ancch per gul janay tak paka lein (20-25 minutes).
-Chulha bund ker dein,cooked chicken ko steamer sa hata lein & bad mein use kernay liya side per rakh dein.
-Karahi mein cooking oil dal ker garam karein.
-Steamed cooked chicken tikka pieces dal ker darmiyani ancch per tamam sides sa golden brown ho jay tak fry ker lein.
Prepare Lemon Sauce:
-Reserved masala yakhni (approx. 1 Cup) mein remaining marinade dal ker 5 minutes kliya chor dein.
-Namak,kali mirch crushed,lemon zest,hari mirch,lal mirch,cornflour aur lemon juice dal ker ache tarhan whisk ker lein.
-Chulha on karein aur darmiyani ancch per sauce garha ho janay tak paka lein (2-3 minutes) & musalsal mix kertay rahein.
-Chicken tikka pieces mein tayyar lemon sauce pour karein aur hara dhania sa garnish ker ka serve karein!
