In a small frying pan,add cooking oil,garlic,mix well & fry until golden then strain in a small bowl & reserve garlic oil & fried garlic for later use.
Cut chicken thighs into strips.
In a bowl,add chicken thighs,salt,white pepper powder,ginger garlic paste,lemon juice,reserved garlic oil & mix well,cover & marinate for 1 hour.
In a bowl,add yogurt,cheddar cheese,green chilli paste,cream,cumin powder,black pepper powder,fried garlic & mix well.
In marinated chicken,add yogurt & cheese marination and mix well,cover & marinate for 2-3 hours in refrigerator.
Thread marinated chicken into wooden skewers (makes 9-10).
Grease cast iron grill pan with cooking oil & fry skewers from all sides until golden brown.
Sprinkle chaat masala & serve with green chilli sauce.

Bowl mein chicken thighs,namak,safed mirch powder,adrak lehsan paste,lemon juice aur reserved lehsan dal ker ache tarhan mix karein aur dhak ker 1 hour kliya marinate ker lein.
Bowl mein dahi,cheddar cheese,hari mirch paste,cream,zeera powder,kali mirch powder aur fried lehsan dal ker ache tarhan mix ker lein.
Marinated chicken mein dahi & cream ki marination dal ker ache tarhan mix ker lein aur 2-3 hours kliya refrigerator mein marinate ker lein.
Marinated chicken ko wooden skewers per laga lein (makes 9-10).
Cast iron grill pan ko cooking oil sa grease karein aur skewers ko tamam sides sa golden brown ho janay tak grill ker lein.
Chaat masala sprinkle ker lein aur green chilli sauce ka saath serve ka.
