Ingredients:
- Pani (Water) as required
- Namak (Salt) ½ tbs
- Oil 1 tbs
- Lasagna sheets 1 packet

Prepare Red sauce with Mince:
- Oil 2-3 tbs
- Pyaz (Onion) chopped 1 large
- Lehsan (Garlic) chopped 1 tbs
- Chicken qeema (Chicken mince) hand chopped ½ kg
- Lal mirch (Red chili) crushed 1 tsp or to taste
- Kali mirch powder (Black pepper powder) 1 & ½ tsp
- Zeera powder (Cumin powder) 1 tsp
- Namak (Salt) ½ tsp or to taste
- Dried oregano 1 tsp
- Chicken powder 1 & ½ tsp (optional)
- Tomato puree 2 Cups
Prepare White Sauce:
- Makhan (Butter) 2 tbs
- Maida (All-purpose flour) 2 tbs
- Doodh (Milk) 1 Cup
- Kali mirch powder (Black pepper powder) ½ tsp
- Dried oregano 1 tsp
- Cheddar cheese grated 2 tbs
- Namak (Salt) ¼ tsp or to taste
- Fresh basil leaves chopped 2 tbs
Assembling:
- Red sauce with mince
- Lasagna sheets boiled
- White sauce
- Red sauce with mince
- Cheddar cheese grated as required
- Mozzarella cheese grated as required
- Dried oregano to sprinkle
- Lal mirch (Red chili) crushed to sprinkle
- Red jalapeno peppers
Directions:
In pot,heat water,add salt and oil and bring it to boil,add lasagna sheets and boil until half done (4-5 minutes).
In bowl,add water and boiled lasagna sheets and leave for 5 minutes then strain & set aside.
For Red Sauce with Mince:
In pot,add oil,onion and fry until translucent.
Add garlic and mix well.
Add chicken mince and mix well.
Add red chili crushed,black pepper powder,cumin powder,salt,dried oregano,chicken powder and mix well for 2-3 minutes.
Add tomato puree and mix well.
Cover and cook on low flame for 4-5 minutes and set aside.
For White Sauce:
In saucepan,add butter and let it melt.
Add all-purpose flour and mix well continuously.
Gradually add milk and whisk continuously.
Add black pepper powder,dried oregano,cheddar cheese and salt,whisk well and cook until sauce thickens.
Add fresh basil leaves,whisk well & set aside.
Assembling:
Spread red sauce with mince onto the bottom of baking dish.
On lasagna sheets,add and spread white sauce,red sauce with mince and roll up.
Place all roll up lasagna sheets in prepared baking dish.
Add and spread red sauce with mince,add cheddar cheese,mozzarella cheese,dried oregano,red chili crushed and red jalapenos pepper.
Cover with aluminum foil and bake in preheated oven at 180 C for 15-20 minutes or until cheese melts.

Pot mein pani garam karein,namak aur oil dal ker ubal lein,lasagna sheets dal dein aur half boil ker lein (4-5 minutes).
Bowl mein pani lein aur lasagna sheets dal ker 5 minutes kliya chor dein phir strain ker ka side per rakh dein.
For Red Sauce with Mince:
Pot mein oil aur pyaz dal ker translucent hunay tak fry ker lein.
Lehsan dal ker ache tarhan mix ker lein.
Chicken qeema shamil karein aur ache tarhan mix ker lein.
Lal mirch crushed,kali mirch powder,zeera powder,namak,dried oregano aur chicken powder dal ker 2-3 minutes kliya cahe tarhan mix ker lein.
Tomato puree dal ker ache tarhan mix karein.
Dhak dein aur halki ancch per 4-5 minutes kliya paka lein aur side per rakh dein.
For White Sauce:
Saucepan mein makhan dal ker melt karein.
Maida dal ker musalsal whisk kertay rahein.
Thora thora ker ka doodh shamil karein aur musalsal whisk ker lein.
Kali mirch powder,dried oregano,cheddar cheese aur namak dal ker ache tarhan whisk karein aur sauce garhan hunay tak paka lein.
Fresh basil leaves dal ker ache tarhan whisk karein & side per rakh dein.
Assembling:
Baking dish mein red sauce with mince dal ker pheela lein.
Lasagna sheets per white sauce aur red sauce with mince dal ker pheela lein aur roll ker lein.
Tayyar baking dish per tamam roll ups rakh dein.
Red sauce with mince dal ker pheela lein,cheddar cheese,mozzarella cheese,dried oregano aur lal mirch crushed dal ker red jalapenos pepper rakh dein.
Aluminum foil sa cover ker lein aur preheated oven mein 180 C per 15-20 minutes ya cheese melt hunay tak bake ker lein.
