Ingredients:
-Boneless fish fillets 600g or King fish or Fish of your choice
Prepare Lahori Fish Spice Mix:
-Zeera (Cumin seeds) roasted & crushed 2 tsp
-Lal mirch powder (Red chilli powder) 1 tsp or to taste
-Sabut dhania (Coriander seeds) roasted & crushed 1 tbs
-Haldi powder (Turmeric powder) ½ tsp
-Ajwain (Carom seeds) crushed ½ tsp
-Himalayan pink salt 1 tsp or to taste
-Lal mirch (Red chilli) crushed 1 tsp
-Lehsan paste (Garlic paste) 1 & ½ tbs
-Lemon juice 2 tbs
-Baisan (Gram flour) 1/3 Cup
-Cornflour 2 tbs
-Kashmiri lal mirch (Kashmiri red chilli) powder 1 tsp
-Haldi powder (Turmeric Powder) ¼ tsp
-Himalayan pink salt ½ tsp or to taste
-Water 1/3 Cup or as required
-Cooking oil ½ tbs
-Cooking oil
-Hara dhania (Fresh coriander) chopped
Directions:
-Cut fish fillet in 4 inch pieces & set aside.
Prepare Lahori Fish Spice Mix:
-In a bowl,add cumin seeds,red chilli powder,coriander seeds,turmeric powder,carom seeds,pink salt,red chilli crushed & mix well.
-In a bowl,add fish fillets,prepared Lahori fish spice mix,garlic paste,lemon juice & coat evenly,cover & marinate for 30 minutes.
-In a bowl,add gram flour,cornflour,kashmiri red chilli powder,turmeric powder,pink salt & mix well.
-Add water & mix well to make a thick paste.
-Add cooking oil & whisk well.
-Now dip marinated fish pieces in prepared batter & coat well.
Option 1: Air fry
-Grease air fryer basket with cooking oil,place fish pieces & spray cooking oil.
-Air fry in preheated air fryer at 170°C for 16-18 minutes (turn sides in between).
Option 2: Deep fry
-Deep fry until done.
-Sprinkle fresh coriander & serve with chutney!

-Fish fillet ko 4 inch pieces mein cut ker lein & side per rakh dein.
Prepare Lahori Fish Spice Mix:
-Bowl mein zeera,lal mirch powder,sabut dhania,haldi powder,ajwain,pink salt aur lal mirch crushed dal ker ache tarhan mix ker lein.
-Bowl mein fish fillets,tayyar Lahori fish spice mix,lehsan paste aur lemon juice dal ker evenly coat ker lein aur dhak ker 30 minutes kliya marinate ker lein.
-Bowl mein baisan,cornflour,Kashmiri lal mirch powder,haldi powder aur pink salt dal ker ache tarhan mix ker lein.
-Pani dal dein aur ache tarhan mix ker ka thick paste tayyar ker lein.
-Cooking oil dal ker ache tarhan whisk ker lein.
-Ab marinated fish pieces ko tayyar batter mein ache tarhan coat ker lein.
Option 1: Air fry
-Air fryer basket ko cooking oil sa grease karein aur fish pieces rakh ker cooking oil spray ker lein.
-Preheated air fryer mein 170°C per 16-18 minutes kliya air fry ker lein (turn sides in between).
Option 2: Deep fry
-Deep fry ker lein.
-Hara dhania sprinkle karein aur chutney ka saath serve karein!
