Ingredients:
- Chicken boneless cubes ½ kg (2 inch size)
- Water 2 Cups
- Sabut Kali mirch (Black peppercorns) 4-5
- Bari elichi (Black cardamom) 1
- Hari elaichi (Green cardamom) 2
- Laung (Cloves) 2
- Darchini (Cinnamon sticks) 2
- Namak (Salt) ½ tsp or to taste
- Pyaz (Onion) 1 large
- Tamatar (Tomatoes) 4-5 medium
- Water ¼ Cup or as required
- Cooking oil 5-6 tbs
- Adrak lehsan paste (Ginger garlic paste) 1 tbs
- Lal mirch powder (Red chilli powder) 2 tsp or to taste
- Namak (Salt) 1 tsp or to taste
- Zeera (Cumin seeds) roasted & crushed 1 & ½ tsp
- Sabut dhania (Coriander seeds) roasted & crushed ½ tbs
- Haldee powder (Turmeric powder) 1 & ½ tsp
- Kali mirch powder (Black pepper powder) 1 & ½ tsp
- Garam masala powder ½ tsp
- Hari mirch (Green chilli) chopped 4-5
- Hara dhania (Fresh coriander) chopped 1/4 Cup
- Lemon juice 2 tbs
- Kasuri methi (Dried fenugreek leaves) 1 tsp
- Adrak (Ginger) julienne
- Hara dhania (Fresh coriander) chopped
Directions:
In saucepan,add chicken,water,black peppercorns,green cardamom,black cardamom,cloves,cinnamon sticks,salt,mix well and bring it to oil,cover and boil for 15-20 minute or until reduce to 1 cup and let it cool then strain and discard whole spices & reserve stock for later use & shred chicken with the help of the hands.
Grate onion with the help of the garter & set aside.
In grinder,add tomatoes,water and blend well & set aside.
In a wok,add cooking oil,garted onion and sauté until translucent.
Add ginger garlic paste and mix well.
Now add pureed tomatoes and mix well,cover and cook on low flame 2-3 minutes.
Add red chilli powder,salt,cumin seeds,coriander seeds,turmeric powder,black pepper powder,garam masala powder,mix well and cook for 2-3 minutes.
Add shredded chicken and mix well.
Add reserved chicken stock (1 Cup) and mix well.
Add green chillies,fresh coriander,lemon juice and mix well.
Add dried fenugreek leaves,cover and cook on low lame until oil separates.
Garnish with ginger,fresh coriander & serve!

Directions:
Saucepan mein chicken,pani,sabut kali mirch,hari elaichi,badi elaichi,laung,darchini aur namak dal ker ache tarhan mix karein aur ubal anay ka bad dhak dein aur 15-20 minutes ya 1 cup stock reh janay tak boil ker lein phir thanda ker lein aur strain ker ka whole spices ko discard ker lein aur stock ko bad mein use kernay kliya side per rakh dein aur chicken ko shred ker lein & side per rakh dein.
Pyaz ko garter ki madad sa grate ker lein & side per rakh dein.
Grinder mein tamatar aur pani dal ker ache tarhan blend ker lein & side per rakh dein.
Karhai mein cooking oil aur grated pyaz dal dein aur translucent hunay tak saute ker lein.
Adrak lehsan paste dal ker ache tarhanmix karein.
Ab pureed tamatar dal ker ache tarhan mix karein aur dhak ker halki ancch per 2-3 minutes kliya paka lein.
Lal mirch powder,namak,zeera,sabut dhania,haldee powder,kali mirch powder aur garam masala powder dal ker ache tarhan mix karein aur 2-3 minutes kliya paka lein.
Shredded chicken dal ker ache tarhan mix ker lein.
Reserved chicken yakhni (1 Cup) dal ker ache tarhan mix karein.
Hari mirch,hara dhania aur lemon juice dal ker ache tarhan mix ker lein.
Kasuri meethi dal ker dhak dein aur halki ancch per oil alag hunay tak paka lein.
Adrak aur hara dhania dal ker serve karein!
