Ingredients:
-Bread slices 2
-Sugar ½ Cup or to taste
-Water 1 tbs
-Olper’s Milk 1 litre
-Olper’s Milk powder 1 Cup
-Elaichi powder (Cardamom powder) 1 tsp
-Pista (Pistachios) chopped 2 tbs
-Badam (Almonds) chopped 2 tbs
-Kewra water 1 tsp
-Pista (Pistachios) powdered
-Falooda sawaiyan
-Tukhme balanga (Basil seeds) soaked
-Rabri milk
Directions:
-In a chopper,add bread slices & chop well.
-In frying pan,add breadcrumbs & dry roast on low flame for 8-10 minutes.
-Add sugar,water & cook on very low flame until sugar is caramelize & turns brown and stir wok gently in between.
-Add milk,mix well & cook for 2-3 minutes.
-Add milk powder & whisk well.
-Add roasted breadcrumbs & whisk well.
-Add cardamom powder,pistachios,almonds,kewra water,mix well & cook on low flame until mixture thickens (4-5 minutes) & mix in between.
-Let it cool completely.
-Pour kulfi mixture in kulfi molds,cover with aluminium foil,insert ice cream stick & freeze for 10 hours or overnight in freezer.
-Garnish kulfi with pistachios.
-On a serving plate,add falooda sawaiyan,soaked basil seeds,evaporated milk,kulfi & serve!

-Cheeni aur pani dal dein aur bohat halki ancch per caramelize aur brown ho janay tak paka lein aur bech bech mein wok ko stir ker lein.
-Doodh dal ker ache tarhan mix karein aur 2-3 minutes kliya paka lein.
-Milk powder dal ker ache tarhan whisk ker lein.
-Roasted breadcrumbs dal ker ache tarhan whisk ker lein.
-Elaichi powder,pista,badam aur kewra water dal ker ache tarhan mix karein aur halki ancch per mixture ko garha ho janay tak paka leim (4-5 minutes) aur bech bech mein chamcha chalatay rahein.
-Thanda ker lein.
-Kulfi mixture ko kulfi molds mein dal ker aluminium foil sa cover ker lein,ice cream stick insert ker lein aur 10 hours or overnight kliya freezer mein freeze ker lein.
-Kulfi ko pista sa garnish ker lein.
-Serving plate mein falooda sawaiyan,tukhme balanga,evaporated milk aur kulfi dal ker serve karein!
